Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

My friends have raved to me about this product being the cure to eliminating hangovers! Drink as many margaritas as you want; as long as you have this at the end of it you'll be fine just like you were in your college years.

I enjoyed the Liquid IV packs I purchased from Costco. They may be a little heavy on sugar, but they are very convenient for a longer workout and the passion fruit and strawberry flavors taste good while working out.

A bit too sweet not that different from pedialyte.

Use it during nights out - half a pack when I get home and the other right in the morning. Has definitely helped me with hangovers and getting back to normal. Flavors are manageable if you keep in mind the outcome!

They dissolve well in water and have great flavors. Very refreshing. I've tried the watermelon and strawberry flavors and really like them. I like the idea of an electrolyte drink in powder form that is easy for on the go use.

Great flavor with lemon ginger, refreshing as a cool drink but also energizing. No caffeine crash as with coffee!

This brand is a life-saver. It has saved me many a morning after a fun night out. I have no idea how it works - but I guess we can chalk it up to science.

I love these! I'm a big fan of sweet drinks and the only complaint I've heard about these is that they are very sweet and strong, which I think is a pro compared to other electrolyte additives that give water a dull chalky taste. I definitely feel more hydrated when I drink these and the passion fruit flavor has even replaced the passion tea drink I normally get at Starbucks.

My friend swears by Liquid I.V. and brought a box to our girls' weekend trip. I was feeling really off one morning — not necessarily hungover, but dehydrated with a splitting headache. I mixed a tube of the lemon lime flavor into my water bottle and felt better almost instantly. Now I keep Liquid I.V. on hand for those days where I really need to feel like myself, since it's easy to store and has a long shelf life.

shocked that the reviews here skew negative because I truly might be a human raisin without Liquid I.V.??? I get dehydrated very, very easy, and have traveled with it everywhere for about three years now. I swear by it and use it constantly, buying it in bulk to always have on hand. The newer flavors are a crapshoot though -- I can't handle Watermelon and the matcha energy one was so rough I returned it -- but I recommend lemon lime or guava, with twice as much water as recommended!
