My family and I LOVE Liquid I.V. My boys especially being in varsity football and water consumption is a must and they absolutely love these and always make sure we remember to pick them up at Costco every time. I love the flavors and we all feel in the house that they do work on helping to boost that electrolyte. We have not done the energy ones, but do the hydration ones everyday.

Taste good, but high sugar and have been surpassed by other electrolyte brands. Their new no sugar formulations are kind of meh.

LIFE SAVER

I purchased these from Costco an am not so sure I would purchase again. The lemon line is not a good flavor but I do like the tangerine. I find them quite hard to mix in and that they need extra dilution. I do think the help with hydration but not sure they help enough to be worth the hassle or price. I do like them for travelling when I’m often under hydrated.

Good flavor, not as salty as other brands

I like certain flavors more than others, but overall it tastes really good! Hydration Multiplier is my favorite since I never seem to be getting enough liquid in my system. Would recommend!

Water is generally safe to drink, but not necessarily hydrating and nourishing. Liquid I.V. is great to not just help you drink more water but to actually provide benefits. (I am a water treatment engineer)

Energy boost! Good for the days you need that added pep. We use it when traveling.

I have used Liquid I.V. for about six months now and am fairly impressed with the results. I play soccer and run/do weights on a regular basis and I try to take this each day that I exercise. The lemon lime flavor was just so-so, so that is one reason that I have dropped in from 5 stars to 4 stars (and noting that the performance improvement was okay but nothing incredible).

I am so happy Liquid IV made its way to Canada! As an athlete that participates in 8+ hour long tournaments, I am never worried about muscle cramping because I always bring a few packs of the hydration multipliers. I really appreciate that they are individually packaged making it super easy to use on the go and not have to worry about any mess or fall out. Also brought these on my bachelorette trip and gave them to all my friends to help with hangovers and they were a huge hit!

Really enjoy these. These are great for multiple occasions, whether after the gym, at the beach, or if my system needs a little pick-me-up. Liquid IVs help me to stay hydrated and they taste really good! Haven't tried a flavor I didn't like. My only hesitancy is that it is sugar based.

Liquid IV turned me on to this product category as one of the original hydration multipliers out there. I love the variety of flavors and consistency across their product lines. I wish there were a reduced sugar option, though. I've found myself more compelled to try other brands that are less sweet.

For health benefits to increase hydration I recommend it to my clients. I personally struggle with the taste because they are very salty to my taste buds.

The other flavors were solid choices. I personally did not like the GUAVA liquid IV. A pro about this is that it is great to take when traveling. The changes in air pressure dehydrates us as a super quick rate so I would say this is a travel friendly item if you can get behind some of the flavors.
