Really enjoy these. These are great for multiple occasions, whether after the gym, at the beach, or if my system needs a little pick-me-up. Liquid IVs help me to stay hydrated and they taste really good! Haven't tried a flavor I didn't like. My only hesitancy is that it is sugar based.

Love scrub daddy!! I've dubbed it the sponge that smiles back. The dual sided sponge is perfect for general cleaning and tougher scraping and scrubbing. It's a staple in our house. (Personally I do love the scrub mommy though 😁).

Overall really like the brand. I'm a big proponent of clean energy products, which is why I champion for Joggy. I've tried the Runner's High drops and the Ready Steady drops. Runner's High was good for a boost of energy during my workouts. Particularly during running, it felt like it kept me going without making me jittery. Flavor wasn't great, but it was doable. Ready Steady has a better flavor, the mint is a bit easier taste wise. I'm not sure I feel much of an effect with it. Only taken a couple times though, so I'll definitely be giving it more tries.
