Liquid IV has become the drink of choice since my wife has given birth. These hydration packs have enough electrolytes in them to keep you going and to give your body the nutrition that may be lacking. My wife adds one package to her water daily and it has provided the balance that her body needs. Please do your research prior to purchasing if you are pregnant or breast-feeding as not all products are safe for woman who are breastfeeding. My wife has found the product that works for her while breastfeeding. I would highly recommend this product as a wonder supplement to your daily diet or routine. Liquid IV is a drink mix that has many different options and flavors. Liquid IV can be found in many different places such as Walmart, Target as well as many other places as well as gas stations.

Love the liquid IV products. All of the flavors are great and never taste artificial. Typically I'll dilute it to about half the suggested strength to avoid it tasting too syrupy. I usually buy the larger packs and then will use them for everything from a night out to long travel recovery.

I think these get the job done and in the beginning of electrolytes becoming popularized there were a great option. However, these days there are better more effective options at better price points. I still purchase from time to time but not my go to.
