I am obsessed with this Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte, it is delicious and has great health benefits. It helps my headaches and is great to use while working out to replenish electrolytes, I definitely recommend this!

Great flavor and super convenient. Great for overall hydration but also after a long night out or after any workout or strenuous activity. Super easy way to rapidly rehydrate. Use all the time when I travel

I like liquid IV if I’m really dehydrated or have a hangover. I will say that it is really sweet and I sometimes question whether it actually works or not. Overall I think good if you’re in a pinch but they are pretty pricy!

This stuff is SO stinking tasty. It doesn't leave any weird taste in my mouth. They are rather pricey though so you have to use sparingly, which I recommend anyway because too many electrolytes can mess with your kidneys. Costco is my go to spot to buy them!

I like to add a package to my bottle water daily. It helps to keep me hydrated and the taste is great. It’s really refreshing and an easy way to get some essential vitamins. The packaging makes it convenient to take some on the go.

It definitely gets the job done! I get dehydrated pretty easily and when I do it's nice to have these on-hand. Like others have noted, however, they are VERY sweet. I've remedied this by only using half of the packet, and it works just as fine. As a note to potential buyers, though: do not drink this every day but rather as-needed. As it is an electrolyte supplement, it has a high sodium content by design and can stress out your kidneys if taken in excess. Not a doctor, just a conscious consumer. Still, it is a very good product and is perfect for those who struggle with dehydration like me.

Love the liquid IV products. All of the flavors are great and never taste artificial. Typically I'll dilute it to about half the suggested strength to avoid it tasting too syrupy. I usually buy the larger packs and then will use them for everything from a night out to long travel recovery.

I bought a pack of these for a girls' trip (hello hangovers!) But, they have become a must-have for my yoga tote. After an hour long power yoga class, in a heated room, water alone is NOT gonna cut it. I absolutely feel tons more rejuvenated and hydrated after dumping this in my water bottle. Such an easy way to boost recovery.

Good overall for hydration however I do think the flavors can get old pretty quickly. The non sugar flavors are better than the sugar free but have more sugar than I would want day to day in a drink. Excited by their bulk offering that is coming out to reduce waste.

A friend who is a park ranger told me about this product. So glad they did! I am always in the edge of dehydration and this product is a lifesaver. The tart, slightly salty flavor is delicious. Mixes easily. A treat I look forward to,

I like Liquid IV for it's convenience but I will admit there is quite a lot of sugar in the regular ones. I've also tried the sugar-free but I am sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners so the aftertaste is a bit off-putting. I wish they made a lower sugar one! These are great to replenish electrolytes from a long day hiking or walking around in the sun at a concert or festival. I think there are much better options out there, but Liquid IV is one of the most available brands sold everywhere now, so it's more accessible compared to some of my other favorites like Waterboy.

I have a chronic illness that makes hydration hard. I have tried many different electrolyte brands and Liquid I.V has so far won my #1 spot. I like the lemon lime and strawberry lemonade in particular, not overly sour or salty like some other brands. Plus, it helps my symptoms way more than others I have tried. Recommend for sure!

I've tried other electrolyte drink packets before, but Liquid IV will always be my favourite. The Lemon Lime flavour is my favourite, especially in the summer because it's so refreshing on a super hot day. It's one of the few electrolyte drinks that doesn't taste super salty so I love that!

I love how easily the product dissolves. This flavor is great as well, a little tart but I enjoy it. Makes you feel like you’re drinking something besides water. I really do feel more hydrated after using. Only improvement is that I do like other brands’ flavors a little more by comparison.

I’ve used Liquid I.V. mainly for hiking and heavy workouts, and I’ll admit—it really does help with hydration. After long hikes or sweaty gym sessions, I feel noticeably more refreshed and less fatigued when I’ve had one. It’s super convenient to keep in my bag and easy to mix into water on the go. That said, I don’t love the taste, especially compared to other electrolyte powders I’ve tried. The Lemon Lime flavor was too salty for me and hard to finish. I ended up needing to mix it into more water than recommended just to make it more drinkable. The Passionfruit flavor was much better, but I still dilute it with extra water to cut down on the saltiness. While I do appreciate the hydration benefits, the strong salty taste and price point mean I only use Liquid I.V. occasionally—for long hikes, tough workouts, or really hot days. It works, but I wouldn’t reach for it daily.
