Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, heat, travel, or a night out—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (standouts include Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) make it easy to use. Reviews also flag consistent drawbacks: many flavors taste overly sweet or salty, some feel thick or artificial, and the added sugar and sodium (with a newer sugar‑free line noted) are frequent concerns; mixing can clump and flavor hit-or-miss. Overall, the brand is effective but polarizing on taste and ingredients.

I love liquid iv. My favorite flavor is the lime one but am never disappointed with any of the flavors really. This is something that I crave and can also tell that I’m being hydrated when I drink it.
