Yikes. I placed an order for scrunchies, a wool sleep mask, and some pillow cases, and all arrived in separate Amazon packages? I’m disappointed entirely and don’t recommend, as I likely overpaid and the quality is subpar at best with the pillow cases being the high performers, def not mulberry silk or silk at all. Oooofff.

I am very disappointed with Lilac’s Silk Satin Hair Ties. I ordered this directly from their website. Because I did not spend at least $50 there was a shipping fee. When I noticed that Amazon dropped off a package for me I was surprised to see that it was the hair ties I ordered. My first question is why did I need to pay $6 for shipping fees for a product that they shipped using Amazon Prime for free!? If you try to search for their company name on Amazon it does not come up. I did a reverse image search and discovered that these are firstly not silk satin scrunchies. There is no silk made up of the fabric whatsoever. You can actually buy this exact item from Temu and Ali Express for less than $2. I typed in the information on the back of the package and that is how I discovered the name of their shop on Amazon. The price is also significantly less from Amazon. I need to pay for shipping for the requirement to order from their website when you can purchase on Amazon for free shipping? I don’t appreciate being deceived by this brand. It’s a complete scam to claim it’s silk satin hair tie and not be. And if they ordered off Temu and post for sale with a 600% markup on the hair ties alone. Not to mention the $6 shipping fee when they sent it for free shipping with Amazon.

I ordered the silk scrunchies and imagine my surprise as they were delivered the next day from Amazon. They are some no name brand and they feel rough not at all like the beautiful silk I was expecting. I couldn’t imagine why I would be getting them from Amazon. Kinda disappointed they don’t seem to be great quality and they seem pricey for what I received. I did try them out and it was no different than my clothes scrunchies.

Strangely Amazon shipped their items to me and I’m still waiting on the mask which is the thing I wanted most. I never got a tracking number and I have to sign up with a different company to track. After getting the last item I’m disgusted, the company should be ashamed of themselves. Not only are the pillowcases straight up polyester, so are the scrunches and the wool mask only has 3% wool. It’s all lies I don’t think this company even exists. I want all my money back.

Super fast shipping. I love the pillow cases and scrunchies. The pillow cases are super soft and silky. I don't think they are real mullberry silk but they keep my hair from being frizzy. The scrunchies i used to put my hair up in a high pony tail. They don't cause any breakage. They hold pretty well and don't slip out so works well for me!

When it comes to my pillowcases, I am very particular on what I purchase. I love how it affects my skin and hair and I know for a fact after trying these, my skin is nice and clean, my hair is not frizzy like curly sue, and it helped me sleep cooler having these gorgeous lavender Lilac sleep pillowcases. Even my husband, who is a hot sleeper, really enjoyed these! I love the cooling feeling when going to bed and being super comfortable to sleep on. I tried these on my queen size pillows and they fit perfectly. I've washed them a few times and the color and size never shrunk. Based on our experience, I would recommend these as they last a while and I look forward to going to bed thanks to these pillowcases!

Satiny soft pack of 2 pillow cases. Looking forward to not having sleep lines in the morning, that I get from my cotton cases. Machine wash.

SCAM!! Do NOT purchase from this. I got the "silk" hair ties, not silk at all and they came from amazon under a totally different brand name. I ended up LOOSING money on this through ThingTesting because I had to pay $6 for shipping when the product itself is maybe worth $2 on Temu. Total rip off- I guess we need to start vetting these companies ourselves instead of trusting this site?

The sleep mask and scrunchies came via Amazon shipping, the mask was sent in a zippered plastic bag that could have been easily opened and lost during transit. The mask is actually only 3% wool and mostly made of acrylic material. The mask is soft and not super tight, which is nice. Overall, doesn’t seem to be very high quality (matching the price point). If you are looking for some travel accessories that you won’t get upset if things happen to them, I think this is it.

Great sized hair scrunchies. They felt good while in, held up pretty well and didn’t cause any additional tangles. I am still looking for something that eliminates the bad hair kinks from being put back. Even after just a short time with my hair in a ponytail, I have a dent in my hair. Would love a solution to this!

These are great scrunchies. I was surprised at how thin they were, but I really like that. It is less of a fashion piece (and I'm not saying they aren't aesthetically pleasing, because they are) but they are simple and are much more discrete than some of the large floppy alternatives. They are smooth and don't tug on your car. An order of these gives you 8 scrunchies in two packs. I am going to give the 2nd pack to my daughter for Christmas in her stocking. These are drop shipped and might be a total scam (it came from amazon not from Lilac Sleep and the packaging isn't labeled Lilac Sleep) and who knows the fabric content of the scrunchiis. But I'll still wear them.

Why is shipping $10

I like the design of the sleep mask but the quality wasn’t quite as good as I was expecting. For example, the mask was uneven in the front (the eye pieces were different lengths). That is just an aesthetic note but otherwise I like the mask!

Loved it, super useful and i bought more because they are the onky scrunchies i have that dont rip out hair. I think the only thing i would like would be thatnit came in more colors.

Really nice wool sleep mask. It's light and cozy and keeps the room dark. Fits well and has a bit of stretch if needed. Love it!

Love the colors and soft fabric. It's perfect for my curly hair to make sure it doesn't get dented or rip. I'm excited to have a good number of them on hand and they look cute to boot!
