I am very disappointed with Lilac’s Silk Satin Hair Ties. I ordered this directly from their website. Because I did not spend at least $50 there was a shipping fee. When I noticed that Amazon dropped off a package for me I was surprised to see that it was the hair ties I ordered. My first question is why did I need to pay $6 for shipping fees for a product that they shipped using Amazon Prime for free!? If you try to search for their company name on Amazon it does not come up. I did a reverse image search and discovered that these are firstly not silk satin scrunchies. There is no silk made up of the fabric whatsoever. You can actually buy this exact item from Temu and Ali Express for less than $2. I typed in the information on the back of the package and that is how I discovered the name of their shop on Amazon. The price is also significantly less from Amazon. I need to pay for shipping for the requirement to order from their website when you can purchase on Amazon for free shipping? I don’t appreciate being deceived by this brand. It’s a complete scam to claim it’s silk satin hair tie and not be. And if they ordered off Temu and post for sale with a 600% markup on the hair ties alone. Not to mention the $6 shipping fee when they sent it for free shipping with Amazon.
