I heard about Levain when it was only in New York! I was obsessed, and was so excited when they expanded to Chicago. Honestly, one of the best chocolate chip cookies out there. Photo is from 2016 in NYC.

I was in New York for work and lots of people suggested Levain Bakery to me. It was very walkable from my office so I thought why not. I thought they were good, solid cookies but didn't necessarily "wow" me. If you want a generally good cookie, deff try them!
Decided to treat myself on an evening out with a friend and I’m so glad I did. Absolutely worth the hype, super moist and chocolatey, the perfect sweet snack. Cute packaging too!!
It’s a must stop in New York. The hood are always fresh and the cookies are to die for. Absolutely love. Worth the hype that these cookies get.
