  • I love this brand. Their pet toys are such a great non-toxic alternative to what you usually find in pet stores—and they’re actually cute and clever, too. I try to keep my home looking somewhat aesthetic (as much as you can with pets), and I honestly don’t mind having these toys out because they’re so well-made and thoughtfully designed. My cats love them, and I also recently picked up a toy for my dog that you can hide treats in to keep him busy. He seemed really into it too. Great quality, great design, and clearly a hit with all my pets.

  • They don’t ship you your order. I’ve placed multiple orders and they haven’t been right. No one corrects the issue. No one responds. Scam. Buyer beware. Dispute with bank.

  • I have the Orii and the Maatin, and I LOVE BOTH. They are chic and so easy to clean. Like infinitely easier than any other dog bed I have tried - and let me tell you, there have been a lot (from Fable to random ones on Amazon).

  • I don't write reviews but I had to after my experience. I was excited about the products and would have been a returning customer, however, the exchange policy is inconsistent and unclear throughout the website. I've attached screenshots to this review. I purchased a raincoat (according to proper measurements) that ended up being too short, and I initiated an exchange for one size larger but was notified by customer service that I would be responsible for shipping costs both ways. I looked on the website in the exchange section prior to submitting my request for an exchange, and there's no mention of the "customer responsible for inbound and outbound costs". I requested customer service to add this information to the website, the response was it's in the FAQ. (See the attached email thread) I would suggest shopping elsewhere with better customer service and exchange policies.
