LambWolf creates beautiful, functional products for dogs - I've been purchasing from them for a while and when their products fit your dog well, they work, really well! They also make excellent gifts for dog parents. I got an advent calendar for holiday season 2023 for myself and another friend and we both LOVE them!!

The only complaint I really have is about the very, very inconsistent (and sometimes, honestly, incorrect) sizing that they have on their website. You have to measure your dog for every single product that comes out because the clothing is not similar in sizing - not even a little bit - and the product that arrives is a bit inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's due to lack of quality control or incorrect sizing guidance. It feels like woman's clothing sizing, but somehow, worse. 

For toys and leashes and other home goods, LambWolf is an extremely reliable brand. The clothing is cute once you get it right, but it's not consistent, and their exchange policy is really... not consumer friendly. I understand charging shipping costs for returns, but for exchanges for products that have inaccurate and misleading sizing guides, I can't imagine putting the burden of the shipping costs onto the consumer. Another review here mentioned their experience with this and I have also had the same experience with, I believe, the same raincoat product. 

I have been in the Pet Industry for over 30 years.  I was very excited to introduce Lambwolf to Canadian retailers. Due to the time it takes to get products approved through chain stores takes time. 
 We placed 3 orders that in total close 5k. I asked a few questions about container orders because most companies have a CBM system which allows a distributor to order and know to specifically the cost, weight and fullness of container.  Since then the owner Ang Wong responded saying place your order to which we did but I am still looking to speak with someone to place the container order. Its been been over a month and Lambwolf has "ghosted" or company.  I have standing orders with chains so this is very disappointing now to have to go back and tell them our experience.  I heard and read so many good reviews. 


We absolutely love the esthetics behind Lambwolf Co. They make gorgeous minimalistic dog gear and human accessories. Their leashes and harnesses are waterproof and so easy to clean and store, similar to biothane but softer and more lightweight. We also love the poop bag holder, it's definitely more incognito than the usual bright green ones.

Don’t do it, order cheaper somewhere else, and actually receive your items. 

Waited over two weeks for my order to ship and finally reached out asking for a refund. They said that it did ship and couldn’t refund me and just sent me the link to the route protection company (very glad that I paid extra for the route protection or I would have been completely helpless). But just that response made me feel like they didn’t care at all. The route protection company said that it hadn’t shipped yet and the issue is on the company’s end! So frustrating. I spent over $100 on dog toys and am having to track them down myself and then sent in circles between companies! I just want my money back at this point. Would never order from again, especially their subscription box, which I was thinking of doing, if this is how it goes!

We've ordered from Lambwolf after finding them on IG and seeing friends using their toys. Sophie is a HUGE fan of working for food and treats, so toys that are ever changing like their Nou are game changers as she gets bored easily with regular puzzles. We love that everything comes in reusable bags (which we use for organizing our Dog Mom bag and other things). Everything is a bit pricy, but the quality is really good. We also purchased their Olla carrycot that is a bed/carrier combo and it's one of the only ones Sophie will use on her own. The Carrycot with their Mat is our go-to on the go kit to keep Sophie comfortable and safe while we are out and about.

I will admit, this brand of toys isn’t the most durable especially if you have a dachshund. BUT in our household, we (collectively including the pup) loved the long noodle toy that you can tie into a knot. Now that toy is no longer with us (RIP) but she lasted us a year (give or take 2-3 sewing mends). Our doxie really loved that toy and played with it consistently. It was so great for enrichment since we’d hide treats in it when it was knotted and it also was great for tug of war. All around it was a toy with many great uses and we will buy another one eventually. Speaking on the other toys that we’ve gotten that are plushies (a gourd and a mushroom I think it was), we loved the look of having them in our place but they didn’t last very long. I loved how we could hide treats in the slits that they had but because our doxie plays rough, he tore through them on the first day. Don’t get me wrong, he loved them but we didn’t want him investing any of the material. I’d still consider buying their stuff but would be great to have more durable material.

I don't write reviews but I had to after my experience. I was excited about the products and would have been a returning customer, however, the exchange policy is inconsistent and unclear throughout the website. I've attached screenshots to this review. I purchased a raincoat (according to proper measurements) that ended up being too short, and I initiated an exchange for one size larger but was notified by customer service that I would be responsible for shipping costs both ways. I looked on the website in the exchange section prior to submitting my request for an exchange, and there's no mention of the "customer responsible for inbound and outbound costs". I requested customer service to add this information to the website, the response was it's in the FAQ. (See the attached email thread)
I would suggest shopping elsewhere with better customer service and exchange policies.
