K18 earns strong reviews for visibly repairing damage—especially on bleached or heat-stressed hair—delivering soft, shiny, frizz-tamed results with its Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask and supportive shampoos, oils, and the AirWash dry shampoo. Reviews also flag drawbacks: inconsistent results for healthy or fine hair, occasional heaviness or clumping if overused, starchy or scalp-icky residue from AirWash, and shampoos that can feel harsh or drying.

At first, I was like WOW, I think K18 air wash is changing my life. But after almost a year of use I now think it might just be only good at best. While this *is* the greatest dry shampoo I have ever used, it still leaves a starchy residue behind and doesn't really extend hair past 1 day. I have a fairly oily scalp with fine hair (but a lot of it) I'm also super prone to dandruff in winter as my scalp is also DRY (annoying) This is maybe the only dry shampoo that actually absorbs oil and makes hair look freshly washed. Smells great, I love the application. I love the rest of the products / brand, I just wished it lasted longer and didn't make my scalp feel gross after! Also deducting a star due to price point/ bottle clogging after a few months of use. It's almost perfect!

I loooveee k18!! I hate how much it is and how much my hair loves it. The hair oil has become a holy grail for my fine hair, it detangles and protects my hair so well. The repair mask is really nice as well.

So lightweight but makes a big difference in frizz and shine. It absorbs fast and doesn’t leave that coated feeling. I use a small amount on damp or dry hair and notice an immediate softness. A small amount goes a long way too.

The K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask is a standout in the “hair repair” category. It leverages a genuinely different technology (peptide-based, inside-the-strand repair) rather than just smoothing or coating hair. For the right hair conditions (damage, breakage, chemical/heat stress), it delivers visible and lasting improvement. If your hair is healthy and you just want a nice mask, you might prefer to spend elsewhere. But if you’ve been lamenting damaged ends, limp texture or persistent frizz, this product is absolutely worth the investment. Make sure you activate the product by rubbing it between your hands until it becomes opaque!

As someone with fine but thick oily (oily as heck!!) hair, this product is a GODSEND!! I’ve primarily used aerosol based dry shampoos and they’ve worked well, but this dry shampoo absolutely takes the cake! It doesn’t leave any white residue and it lasts forever. I sprayed just a few sprays into my hair, waited 2 minutes, and brushed and OMG it worked so well! It seriously felt like I had washed my hair!!

Everything I've tried from K18 has been really excellent for my hair, especially the new Airlift volumizing product. It's really unique in the marketplace and I find it gives me lift without any stickiness, buildup or heaviness, which is hard to find for fine hair. The dry shampoo is also very unique compared to other brands — no aerosol and it feels almost wet going on but really makes a difference in extending my hair between washes. These products are pricy, so it's a good brand to try mini/travel sizes first to see if they work for you.

The way this brand healed my hair should be studied. My hair was so damaged before I discovered it and now I feel like I can’t go back. My scalp is always detox. My hair is always shiny. There’s never any tangles.

One of the only products I've ordered again and again and again. I love this hair mask and the way it makes my hair feel. I have also tried some of the shampoos and those are great too but the immediate re-order for me is the Leave In Molecular Repair Hair Mask.

it's expensive, but it's really good. My hair got softer, with less frizz and with a treated face. It's different from a regular cream - it notices from the inside out, you know? If you use it right and have patience, the result pays off.

As a fake blonde, this is a must have. My hairstylist uses this on me all the time, and was the one who told me to purchase it myself. She says she can tell the difference in my hair when I do use it regularly vs when I don't. Most of the time I use it as conditioner. Pretty expensive for a small bottle, but it works.

I truly believe this is the reason my hair has increased its thickness almost double in the past two years (of using one time weekly after washing). Okay I have other favorite products that might be partially the cause of the increased health of my hair but I definitely owe K18 the biggest thanks.

Peptide prep detox shampoo made my hair feel clean. I’m going to take a photo of the sample from my drawer instead of messing with the order of shampoos in the shower. It’s easy to dispense which is important. But cleans well.

The only leave in conditioner I use... after trying several, i will declare this one the winner. a girlfriend told me about it, and thats what we love about great girlfriends, they share what works. What i love about it; it does not weigh down my very thin / fine hair. It helps maintain my natural wave when I let my hair air dry. A little bit, goes a long way. The only reason this was not a perfect 5 rating is due to the price. BUT like i said, a little goes a long way. I use once a week with the Ouai detox shampoo.

I was looking for an alternative to Olaplex and heard about K18 from.... Kim Kardashian. While I am not proud of the source, I am super happy with the product! It's like miracle goop for your hair! It softens and helps to defrizz and make my hair feel so much healthier. I use the Peptide prep shampoo, the leave in hair mask and the hair oil.

Worth every penny. Two little pumps and my hair feels stronger after one use. Not a daily product but a magical one. Wish I had started using this sooner! For reference I have very curly hair that can be knotty after a shower so I brush it before the shower to make applying this easier.

The AirWash is magic! I have no idea how it works so well but whether you’re trying to make it to day four before washing your hair or you’re sweaty and gross from a workout, spray this stuff on and add a little heat and bam, your hair looks like a million bucks. I have fine hair, with some wave, and a lot of it.

I’ve only used the leave in mask. I get my hair colored so this has been recommended by many, including my hair stylists. I honestly am not sure I can tell a difference though. My hair feels good when I use it but only in the sense that it isn’t too sticky or drying on the hair once it dries. Other than that I don’t know if it’s truly helping the damage or not. Might be too expensive to be worth it for me

Lives up to the hype. I've heard a lot about K18 but was skeptical. It's getting warmer and more humid where I live and my hair gets frizzy in high humidity so I thought I'd give this a try. I used it this morning after my shower and it really does work. My hair feels soft, is nice and shiny and there is no frizz. It is light weight and smells good. I only used 4 pumps on my hair that is just above shoulder length. It is a little pricey to me but it seems to be worth it. I will likely buy this again - but maybe I'll just use it in the summer when my hair gets frizzy.

If you lighten your hair this system will do wonders for you - You’re going to see less shedding, sleeker and stronger hair after incorporating this into your routine. I absolutely love the K18 system! I do a lot of black to blonde transformations - I’m a blonding specialist so using a bonding treatment during my services are key to maintaining the health of my clients hair. I switched my clients over from Olaplex to K18. Yes K18 is more costly but you are using less product. I used the pro mist, chelating spray, detox shampoo and leave in mask. I recommend my clients use the leave in mask for at home use. It is recommended to use the mask after the first 4-5 washed after getting your hair lightened. Hair page on Insta @nessastyles__

I first test it 2 years ago to see if the hype was real. The hype really is real (!!!) The leave-in mask ; it was like I had new hair. I had over the years alot of colors, of heat and bleach for 4 years now. For the black friday I bought the kit, oil, mask and the peptide ; I live for it. But for the oil, you should not use more than 2-3 drops, because it becomes greasy quickly
