Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

Extremely high-quality ice cream. A bit pricey, but on par with the rest of the higher quality ice creams that are sold today.
Jeni's, Jeni's, Jeni's. I can't say I have any complaints other than the fact that I can't get every flavor at the grocery store. Being from Columbus, I definitely feel pride in Jeni's being a local brand. Every flavor is so unique. Even if it is a simple flavor, the naming convention makes for a more exciting experience. Somehow I feel healthier eating Jeni's even though they don't advertise as a healthier brand? I think it's because I trust in the quality and although it is on the higher budget end, I do feel like it enhances their image in terms of quality. I would be curious to know if the products they source do end up being more expensive and quality or if the higher pricing relates more to the artisan tone of the brand.
I just discovered this brand this summer, omg such creative and delicious flavors!!
Ugh, Jeni's, I love you for the most part. Their ice cream is delicious enough for me to pay a premium. I am not the type of person to eat a pint in a sitting or two so I can justify it as it lasts a few weeks. Their scoop shops are also great, but lately the seasonal flavors are always sold out or only available in pints. (And the pints there are 150% more expensive than the grocery store, wtf?) Their standard flavors are still delish but I feel like they have been lacking in creative flavors as of late. I want to try new things when I'm there! I ordered online for a gift one time, the experience overall was fine but the shipping instructions weren't straightforward and it was a bit stressful making sure the recipient would be there to receive the time-sensitive package. That was a few years ago though so the procedure may have improved since. The best way to get the special flavors is by ordering, but with the minimum plus shipping it's a crazy price to pay for ice cream. Long story short, Jeni's please make more unique flavors and make them more accessible!
Flavors are awesome, great mix and now, it’s available in a ton of locations. If you like Ben & Jerry’s, this one is for you
I have not found a flavor I didn't love. All are high-quality and the pints joy happiness to my freezer.
Very fun game!
I tried this in the Nashville location for the first time, and I am HOOKED. The strawberry ice cream is the best I've ever had, and the brambleberry crisp is one of my new favorite flavors.
Incredible flavors with options for everyone--not cloyingly sweet. Creative, seasonal, and vegan options. Prices are high but worth it if you love ice cream. Service in store is also lovely--be sure to try the waffle cones!
live love jenis. obvi i prefer to visit a store for those crazy little waffle triangles with my ice cream but there is nothing like knowing i can pop over to the store for my jenis fix. some flavors are a bit sweet for my taste but others i would sell my belongings for so still 5/5!
This ice cream is amazing. So many unique flavors, much better than other brands I tried. I look forward to eating this and don't want to share!

As a vegan, there are always really solid flavors stocked. I enjoyed the texas sheet cake, though it was a little sweet for my usual liking. The lemon sorbet was delightful!
The best ice cream you can buy at the grocery store with the best list of flavors. A bit pricy but tends to go on sale which helps!
This place was around the corner from my old apartment, the bramble berry crisp is amazing, honestly all the flavors are
I LOVE JENI'S!! Their shops are so nice and I love that they have the same quality in their pints as well in their stores. I love the flavor combinations and I WOULD RECOMEND!
I like that Jeni’s has a range of flavors that’s not standard vanilla or chocolate. However, I personally love butter cake and I ate the Gooey Butter cake flavor but it was a bit too sweet. This is a great choice for people who love (or have a craving for) extremely sweet ice creams. I will also note that this is an ice cream that doesn’t stand up well to being in the freezer for more than a week so heads up that the packaging doesn’t help prevent freezer burn at all. I purchased my container at a local grocery store.
My fridge is always stocked with Jeni's Ice Cream! The flavors are unique and thoughtfully crafted. They have great flavors for dairy-free / gluten-free options. The dairy-free Cold Brew with Coconut Cream is my go to. It's made with Slingshot Coffee cold brew and coconut cream. The Brambleberry Crisp and Wildberry Lavendar are also household favorites. Jeni's flavors are bright and not overly sweet. I love that they use wholesome ingredients. Their scoop shops are also worth the visit if you have one nearby. The staff are so kind and they have fun merch to buy. There's also a lot more flavors to try at the shops than what the grocery stores might carry. 100% would recommend Jeni's.
Absolutely love Jeni's ice cream! They have the best flavors and their branding is super cute.
I recently moved to a neighborhood in LA that has a Jeni's. Boy oh boy have I been missing out all of these years! Brambleberry Crisp is a way of life. You can taste the ingredient quality. As a native Ohioan, Jeni's is one of the few things that makes me proud of my state!
