I genuinely believed this product would be life changing. I'd have a clean house forever, hands free. Not so much. Struggled with the layout of my my home, got stuck under couch, chairs etc. I finally had to say goodbye when it picked up an accident left by a dog I was foster and sprayed it all across my baseboards....

I had high hopes for this product, it does have a good reputation, after trying it in 2 different homes I own, I gave it to a friend, it cleans barley, I will not purchase again or recommend this product

I LOVE the self-emptying canister, and think the technology does a good job of recognizing when the vacuum is full and returning it to the base to empty, before heading back out to keep vacuuming. The mapping technology leaves something to be desired, and the app is only okay. I have an older version (~3 y/o) so maybe it's improved. Overall it works, but if I were to buy a new one, I'd probably choose a different brand.

No regrets with this purchase. Was it expensive, yes. Is it worth it, also yes. Love that with the click of a button I can have clean floors. Even if my apartment is a mess I know I can have my Roomba vacuum and it will at least appear cleaner.
I'm not really sure why, but we've named our vacuum "Vaud". Vaud is an iRobot Roomba i7+. Vaud is very thorough and cleans our apartment multiple times a week. She's also generally pretty good at staying out of areas where she's not supposed to go. I love the map in the iRobot app and the ability to get the Roomba to only clean certain areas of the apartment. We also have the Cleanbase bin - this saves so much time emptying the vacuum after each clean. In general we've found the bags last around a year, which is way more than expected!

There was one occasion where we came home and Vaud had knocked over a $500 glass floor lamp. Luckily it rolled onto the couch and then gently onto the floor. It could have been very expensive though. The other thing that isn't great is the charging contacts. The app reminds you to clean them roughly once a month - if you don't do this then the vacuum doesn't charge and does some very weird things. Surely there's a material that iRobot could use for the charging contacts that doesn't need so much maintenance? Finally, if the robot is not on the charger, it goes from 100% - 0% battery in under a day. I'm guessing this is some kind of software issue that can be fixed?
iRobot has made keeping my floors clean so much easier—the convenience of setting it and forgetting it is a game changer. It navigates well, gets under furniture, and picks up a surprising amount of dust and pet hair. I love being able to control it from my phone, and the scheduling feature is super handy. It does occasionally miss a spot or get stuck, but overall it’s a reliable, helpful addition to my home.
I love that you can program it to start on its own. I like that there is an app attached to it. It’s relatively easy to clean and it is so convienent. The size is great because it’s small. Noise level is fine considering what it does
cleans up everything great product
I'm very happy with my Roomba overall (the app is actually great as well), but I feel like we're still way off the robot revolution that we've been promised. It's stupid, makes mistakes, gets stuck, and runs out of battery in the wrong room without returning to base, yet it's still a product that I would buy again – it's just better than any other alternative. I like the sleek design and cleaning of the parts is actually quite easy to do and doesn't require constant maintenance so far.
I absolutely love my iRobot vacuum machine in my home because it makes cleaning so easy. I love the vacuum for cleaning the whole house with a press of a button. The mop product easily steam cleans all my floors with just water. This makes cleaning easy and these products really work.
Cool. Easy. Surprisingly durable. Can handle dog fur.
