Reviews mention

  • Hydrating, buttery moisturizer texture
  • Glossy, non-sticky lip oils
  • Seamlessly blending mineral sunscreen
  • Gentle, effective retinol eye stick
  • Juvenile, flimsy-feeling packaging
  • Noticeable, polarizing product scents
  • Refill size appears deceptively small
  • Body exfoliator overly strong

Inn Beauty Project earns largely positive reviews for effective, glow-boosting skincare—standouts include Extreme Cream, Slushy Serum, Green Machine, Retinol Eye Stick, and Mineral Sun Glow SPF—while critiques target playful packaging, inconsistent scents, ingredient transparency concerns, and some formulas feeling underwhelming or too strong for sensitive skin. Reviews commend glossy-not-sticky lip oils and hydrating, gentle textures, but note deceptive-looking refill size, an airless pump that obscures when product runs out, and juvenile design that can feel flimsy or breakable.

  • Overall, this is a mid-tier brand with a focus on cute, kitschy products. I personally have tried their lip kit (pictured). I love that they’re like the old skool 90s flavored lip smackers but more supple & elevated. Because I think this brand is more fashionable than functional I minused one star. For example, I think the lippies are more about the look of them while they're on then they are about adding moisture to your lips. I also tried their body exfoliator and it was too strong for my sensitive skin. On the other hand, they have cute packaging and a great price point.

  • I use their toner - I love it so much. The brand is great as well, and they care a lot about their customers.

  • This brand is one that kind of came out of nowhere, but knows how to make an entrance! Their skincare products are so unique! Each product has unique ingredients (and LOTS of great ones in each and every product) so you know you're getting an effective treatment! Plus fun packaging!

  • I recently tried the Innbeauty Extreme Cream Moisturizer, and I'm impressed. The cream has a rich, creamy texture that feels incredibly hydrating without being greasy. My skin has felt noticeably softer and more balanced since I started using it. I love that it's packed with ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and squalane, which seem to work well for my dry skin. Plus, it's gentle enough for my sensitive skin. Overall, it's become a staple in my skincare routine. The only thing I don’t care for in the beauty two skincare products I have is the scent, but that is from the natural ingredients in it. If it smells strange from the fragrance I can tell the company to please make a fragrance-free one but it is from the hyaluronic acid.

  • I love the green machine, retinol, and slushy. Great for the price and the packaging for the green machine is so satisfying. I don't know why I was hesitant to try this brand and the more products I used the more impressed I am!! The retinol is great to start "getting my skin adjusted" before I switch to something a bit stronger, so probably good for someone with sensitive skin.

  • This brand is giving major greenwashing. I tried the Innbeauty Extreme Cream and Elastic Skin Serum, and let me just say—yikes. First of all, can we not with the claims that Extreme Cream is some kind of dupe for Augustinus Bader? Who started that rumor, and why are influencers running with it? It feels like a scripted promo, not an honest review. Spoiler: it’s not a dupe, not even a little! Now onto the cream itself. "Extreme"? More like extremely underwhelming. It feels weird going on, barely moisturizes, and honestly, I’ve had $12 Korean moisturizers do more for my skin. And don’t even get me started on the packaging—this bougie glass bottle flew off the counter and shattered, only to reveal that the “refillable” component is a sad little baby tube hiding inside a giant clunky shell. The drama, the deception! Between the greenwashing, the meh formulas, and the faux luxe marketing... save your $$. There are way better products out there that won’t insult your wallet or your intelligence.

  • I have only used their Slushy Serum Moisturizer Crush but I am OBSESSED with it. I always buy two now because when I run out, I really feel the difference. I have dry to normal skin and this moisturizes my face like no other. I use this under January Labs moisturizer and its amazing.

  • I discovered Inn Beauty through Sephora, and the first product I tried was their Retinol Eye Stick, I’ve loved it ever since. It’s especially great if you're prone to milia, and the formula is gentle enough for the sensitive skin around your eyes. I’ve definitely noticed a difference since using it. Another standout for me is the Slushy Serum, it feels amazing on the skin and gives such a nice boost. If I had one critique, it’s the packaging, it leans a bit too playful or youthful for my taste, but I get that I might not be their target demographic.

  • Their Slushy serum is extremely hydrating, has a very subtle smell and layers with other skincare well. The Mineral Glow sunscreen blends really well and doesn't leave a white cast. The brand is expensive, and doesn't have options for larger refills/deals, so it's hard to give it 5 stars.

  • Forever sold to Slushy + Green Machine. I started using these about 2 years ago and my skin literally drinks this stuff UP. I also noticed I had less acne breakouts and my skin was more evenly toned + hydrated.

  • I originally purchased an Inn Beauty Project set from Sephora on a whim in 2021 because I needed new moisturizer and I liked the slime green and hot pink packaging! I'm not sure if it had an effect on my skin personally, but my sister borrowed SLUSHY and said it did wonders for hers!! The lightweight and hydrating moisturizer has been a skincare staple for her ever since. They've rebranded since I first tried the brand and their prices are higher than I remember, but I'm curious to try more of their products.

  • The green machine serum is EVERYTHING. I haven’t had a face product that I’ve loved so much, like ever... It’s gentle but so effective and refreshing. I have dry/combination skin. The package design is a fun bonus. This product will always be in my cabinet period.

**UPDATE: upon ordering more products, I learned that their website is misleading. They showcase the ingredients they WANT you to know are in the products. Then, when you get the item, you learn the real ingredients on the box. The ingredients aren’t labeled on the bottles themselves either. I don’t want alcohol in my moisturizers!!!

  • So far so good. i learned about this brand from a sales advisor in Sephora. She explained to me about the makers of these products, 2 woman that worked at many high end skincare companies and started their own. She said their goal was to create a product that was fairly priced and used ingredients that would work on the different challenges. I would have never even picked up this product because of look of packaging, looks cheap and juvenile. Dont let that stop you.
