Impossible Foods delivers convincingly meat-like flavor and texture according to reviews, with burgers, ground “beef,” nuggets, and sausages cooking and performing much like real meat and often pleasing meat eaters. • Love, love, love an Impossible burgers! All the yum and none of the ick!

  • I tried the Impossible burger when it first launched and it was ok. Unfortunately, people with soy sensitivities can not enjoy their products.

Develop more plant-based products without soy.

  • I love substituting meat with plant based proteins. These days it’s so easy to without forsaking the taste. I chop up the chicken strips and add it to salads. So good!

  • For an immigration product they do pretty well. Just wish they could cut back on the salt, but that's probably what hides the flavors and texture

  • the absolute BEST meat-free chicken nuggets. truly tastes like chicken.

  • One of the best options for plant-based beef! Tasty, well-seasoned and good quality. I'd still add seasoning though and toppings.

  • The taste was blah and the ingredients are absolutely horrible for you.

    Use safer ingredients.

  • This was the first alt protein I tried and I still love and use it regularly! The flavor is not super strong but is definitely distinct (some people may not like it), but I enjoy it.

Sometimes does not cook as well as real beef (especially when using the minced version).

  • I brake for Impossible meat! Seriously, of all of the alt-meats on the market, Impossible is at the top of my list. I especially love ordering the Impossible options at restaurants and the taste is often times better than any real beef burger. I can't wait to try the chicken nuggets.

  • Out of the few meat substitutes I have tried, Impossible Foods is by far my favorite. The flavor can take some getting used to but it has become my go-to whenever I am craving a burger. Love what this brand is doing!

  • Hands down the most realistic meat substitute tried so far. The burgers can and do fool and please meat lovers. Just wish they were sold in more stores. ( also they kind of look like Krabby Patties)

    Accessibility.

  • I do not eat red meat or pork, but thoroughly enjoy a good chicken or turkey burger. That said, there is nothing like the smell of a 'regular' burger cooking on the grill in the summer. I heard mixed reviews on the Impossible burger and bought a box for myself. I am a texture girl, so mushy is a deal breaker. Luckily, these hit the mark in that department. Unfortunately, the flavor was not favorable to me. It was salty! I did not add any seasonings to my burger, so it was surprising to have that much salt in my first bite. I will stick to my poultry burgers for now, but I can see how this is a nice alternative to vegitarians.

  • This brand's meat offerings have been a good substitute for my family as we've reduced our meat consumption. Very easy to make into burgers and the like. I buy it relatively often and will continue to do!

Would love the health profile improved!

  • I’m a longtime vegetarian with a partner who eats meat and we’ve grilled with impossible burgers and used it for taco filling as well. Great and versatile option for a basic protein source that is easy to season and cook, especially for people who are new to any sort of plant based products like this.

I think it makes the most sense for carnivores who are trying to cut down on meat consumption instead of being marketed as a meat replacement for vegetarians or vegans.

  • Impossible burgers were my first introduction to plant based meat. During the time I was trying to cut back on beef and burgers were my absolute favorite foods. I now don't eat beef at all and I don't need to since the impossible burgers and ground meat replace all of the beef in my kitchen. I also love going out to restaurants and seeing it as an option!
