Tried a burger. Remarkably good. Juicy, flavorful. I could substitute these for meat if needed. I am just not there yet.

This is definitely one of the best meat substitutes out there. It tastes so realistic I sometimes question if it's actually vegan! I know if I see impossible on a menu/in stores it will always be good! I like the patties the best.

I had Impossible meat a couple of times. I've had the Impossible burger and sausages and I thought it was dry. It lack any flavor even with seasoning and it tasted like rubber. I could barely chew it let alone swallow it. When I was able to actually swallow it, it didn't feel digested. Both times I could not finish my meal because I felt like it sat in my stomach and got a stomach ache right after. I am not a meat person so maybe this was not my cup of tea but it tasted artificial.

I liked impossible. As a meat eater I would say that in the burger it was supposed to replace it tasted a bit more like breakfast sausage (i.e. porky) but it was still overall good.

Impossible products are great alternative meat options. Taste is high quality and overall eating experience is similar to meat when meat is not the sole star of the dish

Love the mission & it is incredible how much like meat the burgers taste & feel!! Kind of scary but SAVE THE PLANET is our priority & replacing animal agriculture with plant based man made meats seems like a great option to me.

Great consistency - very close to meat.

I've loved my experience with Impossible's products and like the way they're not heavily pre-seasoned like many other popular meat alternatives I've tried. Even my vegetarian friends have been big fans despite Impossible's effort to mimic the taste and feel of meat.

As a non meat eater who likes great tasting foods, Impossible Burgers taste great. Period. They fry up nicely or broil or grill well, are wonderful in texture and taste. All plant based foods like this are high in sodium, but hey, when I want something for dinner that isn't tofu there's Impossible. Really delicious, wish the ingredients could be ultra pure but it's gotta have some flavor, I get it. This is one of my plant-based go-to brands.

I'm one of those junk food vegans, I want to be vegan but I also want to eat like I did prior to becoming vegan. I really love their brats, sausage, ground "beef" and meatballs. So tasty! Another fantastic thing is it is gluten free as my husband has a gluten allergy.

I love that they make so many different meat alternatives that has similar taste/texture. I can still enjoy an occasional tasty burger as a vegetarian with essentially all the same flavors and still get a good serving of protein. However, im not a fan of the amount of sodium in their patties.

Not sustainable , not edible

I have tried the Impossible Sausages, and they were really great! My meat eating boyfriend even enjoys them, as they emulate authentic meat exactly. The flavor is so strong and delicious, and any vegetarian or vegan would be satisfied! In addition, I love the companies motto of being good for both people and the planet. Would recommend this product to all! I hope to try more of this companies products moving forward.

The quality of the food experience varies by the chef's ability to cook the "meat". I've had great - very difficult to discern to my hamburger loving boyfriend - and I've had bad. I'm in general a huge fan of any meat-replacement.

I'm not vegetarian at all but have many friends who are, and the Impossible ground meat/burgers are my go-to for hosting and sharing! I've cooked with it many times and it handles almost exactly like real ground meat, and I personally enjoy the taste of it about as much as I enjoy the taste of real red meat. Texture is very impressive. I'd love to try more of their other offerings, but as far as their ground red meat alternative they get 100% from me.

Listen! THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING when it comes to the look & taste being so close if not the same as a meat product.I love the nuggets, meatballs & burgers! SOOOO GOOOD! The nuggets are the best I’ve tried in the plant based market! I first tried when the Impossible Whoppers came out at Burger King…I was blown away! I used to looooove Whoppers so to be able to have one that was plant based and tastes JUST THE SAME if not better is great! lol

I did not believe the hype until I had the burger. Gawd dayumn that was good. Look, it's not meat but it's the closest thing to it. So if I were feeling like going light, I'd happily put this patty on my buns.

I had their burgers and prefer the other notable brand. I do prefer impossibles chicken products though. Rating 4 for chicken and 2 for burgers so landing at a 3 star rating

I've had many an Impossible burger. They 100% could easily fill the role of conventional meat for me and I could eat these and never miss regular meat burgers at all. They cook just like regular burgers and taste great in any dish where you would normally use beef.

My favorite brand of meat alternatives. Clean, fresh tasty flavor and easy to prepare their variety of product offerings. Their burgers are my favorite and come out juicy every time.
