  • I tried the discovery set for Imaginary Authors. Loved their branding, their website. Really did not enjoy any of their scents in the end. I tried every fragrance 3-4 times attempting to narrow them down to my favorite, but ultimately threw them all away. I’m no perfumer, but it seemed to me like this brand heavilyyyy favored smokiness - almost every scent I felt like I was walking into a burning building, some more than others. The ones I thought enjoyed initially were a pass after 2 or three more tries. I can’t recommend. Also I threw away the box, so enjoy this picture of my cat.

  • Materializing stories into fragrances, Imaginary Authors contributes to the burgeoning American perfume scene with an unique angle. These perfumes are diverse and some even challenging. My favorites include: City on Fire St. Julep Every Storm a Serenade Did I mention their packaging is gorgeous?
