I’ve tried so many multivitamins over the years, and this is the first one I’ve actually stuck with. HUM’s Base Control feels clean, gentle, and effective — no stomach upset, no weird aftertaste, and I genuinely notice a difference in my overall energy and consistency throughout the day. I love that it has iron and a full spectrum of vitamins without feeling heavy or overwhelming. It’s an easy, reliable part of my routine now. The Daily Cleanse I added later and it helped with cystic acne tremendously.

I enjoyed taking the Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse. The pills go down easily and you get a decent supply for the price. My skin has improved since I started taking these pills. It’s gentle on the stomach and made me feel less bloated.

I've tried lots of HUM products, but I particularly like the Daily Cleanse and Flatter Me. I won't stop buying these products, and I had a dietitian also confirm that they love and recommend this brand to their patients.
