I usually do not eat dairy but I did this weekend and these really helped with some relief. Plus I love how ingredients are natural. Got them at my local walmart and easy to find on shelf.

One of my friends put me on to this brand - and I love it. The bloat relief really works for me - I refuse to buy anything else to be honest. When I went on a family vacation - my brother was having an issue so I gave him these - lets say he no longer had an issue. They are fairly priced and Target usually has a deal on them. I definitely always keep a bottle in the house!

I find the gas and bloat relief pills helpful after a large meal. Within a short time of taking them, I can both feel and see the difference. While I can’t speak to how these perform when taken daily, I find them to work well on one-off occasions.

Hilma's products are very good. I like that they are making natural remedies very accessible to consumers who normally would not know where to look or start.

I use the Hilma tension relief pills when I feel a headache coming on. They do the trick and the headache does not progress. I like that they are a natural alternative to ibuprofen or acetaminophen. It's a staple in my medicine cabinet.

This product works well and effectuates the results one would expect from such a product. A few people in the household have used it and all agree.

I was able to try the heartburn relief when I needed it and comparing this brand to other brands that I have used in the past such as Tums, I found this product to be very comparable in terms of how fast it helped me and the overall effect of the medicine. I would recommend this to someone else.

Good supplement for the days I ate ice cream during the summer and need to relieve the side effects of dairy intolerances. Good and portable bottle. The price is good for the amount that I get and that it works!

I used these digestive enzymes by Hilma during a recent trip. It's easy to avoid gluten and dairy at home, but when traveling, I didn't know what to expect. Let me say- these were a trip saver!!! I took the pill 20 minutes before eating and no problems! You definitely need to plan before eating, but I didn't find it cumbersome at all. I will be reordering for sure!

As someone who deals with frequent stomach and digestive issues on a regular basis I was on a mission to find a product that was quick and efficient, had simple ingredients and bonus points for not having an overbearing odor when opening the jar. I am happy to report that every single Digestive Product from Hilma meets all of these things. They come in cute green packaging, have extremely fast results and the reduction in gas, bloating and any stomach discomfort is truly remarkable! Best of all the ingredient list is simple and doesn’t contain any harmful and unknown ingredients! I will be using this brand and all of their products from here on out!

Great product resolved my gas problem quickly and is made with peppermint leaf, lemon balm, fennel anise & caraway. It is vegan, plant based, NON GMO and made without drugs, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives.

I purchased the heartburn variety. First, I like the price point is rather comparable to other options, especially consider this one offers natural ingredients! This did assist in minimizing my heartburn.

IBS girlie here! I find their digestion products helpful when I'm having a lightly *off* day, but still need to pull out the big guns (Pepto) when things are really awful. It's a nice gentle bandaid, but not a cure-all.

I wanted to love these but I'm just not sure I saw any real effects. Definitely not a replacement for NSAIDs/Rx meds if you suffer from migraines or tension headaches, but perhaps can be a nice adjuvant therapy. Love their commitment to reducing wasteful packing, etc.

Love the products — the bloat product is particularly A+.

I'm surprised to see how many 5 star reviews are on their website. While I love the branding, mission, and values (owned by women, backed by science, "better for you"), I didn't think the money was worth the hype because I did not experience any noticeable effects. 1. Upset Stomach Relief - this product didn't really do anything for me. Maybe I should try the Gas Relief next time? I definitely prefer Pepto ($6) to Hilma's product ($17) in this case. 2. Immune Support - this tastes so bad. I'm struggling to get through my supply. I feel healthier drinking this because it tastes so bad that I know it has to be good for me. Very strong ginger and lemon taste. 3. Elderberry Immune Gummy - these on the other hand, taste AMAZING. I want to eat them like candy. Hard to say there are benefits from taking these as there is little scientific research into the effects of elderberries on people's health. Love these though. Would repurchase.

We've tried the Gas & Bloat relief, and I thought it worked just as well as similar products, however, it did not work at all for my husband, so we probably won't be buying it again. Might be worth a try for minor bloat/discomfort, but if you have more significant issues, I would not recommend that specific product.

My favorite brand to use especially subbing this for Tums. Everyone of there products worked well for me. My favorite is the digestive one!

hilma is great, I really like the packaging and the concept, and I am excited to continue trying it, I have heard great things and so far it works

This product was a lifesaver after eating a food that was agreeable with my stomach. I will be repurchasing once I run out. As someone with IBS I a really appreciated the relief I got after taking a dose.
