I love Hilma's brand, marketing and overall mission to normalize gas, bloating and everyday problems that are harder for people to chat about! I keep these bottles on me at work and have at home. I think they work quite well to help poop but also not sure if placebo! regardless, they don't hurt to have! would definitely recommend to a friend in need because of the medicinal and herbal properties.
I've tried one product from this brand, and it has really helped me combat my acid reflux. I try to avoid fried foods most of the time because my acid reflux can get bad, but this brand has made the rare fried indulgence not as bad for me. It doesn't completely make my sick feeling go away, but it prevents the acid reflux aspect of it from happening.

I tried the digestive enzymes. I do feel like this product can help with digestion especially of fatty foods. I thought it did help me somewhat. It has homeopathic ingredients as well as actual enzymes like lactase to break down lactose and lipase to break down fat. Pretty good overall.
The best supplement I ever tried I could not believe how fast the bloating pills work!! I also my sister tried and she was happy with the results. Definitely a must in your cabinet of supplements!!!!!
