    I love Hilma's brand, marketing and overall mission to normalize gas, bloating and everyday problems that are harder for people to chat about! I keep these bottles on me at work and have at home. I think they work quite well to help poop but also not sure if placebo! regardless, they don't hurt to have! would definitely recommend to a friend in need because of the medicinal and herbal properties.

    I love Hilma products. Genuinely the only product that consistently works for me for upset stomach or indigestion. I usually have a bottle at work, in my car, and in my purse. I also like that these pills are herbal supplements.

    I tried the digestive enzymes. I do feel like this product can help with digestion especially of fatty foods. I thought it did help me somewhat. It has homeopathic ingredients as well as actual enzymes like lactase to break down lactose and lipase to break down fat. Pretty good overall.
