Of all the different patch brands I have tried before, these ones do the best job at blending in and feeling weightless throughout the day. They work really well too.

The best pimple patch I've ever tried, far and away.

I’ve purchased a few packs and for me it’s hit or miss. It really depends on how far along your pimple is and if it has the whitehead or not. I think it helps and has def worked a few times but I will probably depend on other products more in the future. They do stay on overnight and I do t have to worry about them falling off.

these are the OG acne patches - I don't get zits often but I always use these when I do and they definitely make a difference in the size if I wear it overnight

Easy to use and definitely works!

Not the best acne patches in the least, especially considering how pricey they can be at certain stores. They work, not very well, and that’s pretty much it. There is absolutely nothing special about these acne patches; when compared to other brands (personally) they seemed extremely ineffective to helping the pimples themselves. If you like them great, but there are definitely better products for much less.

I used the Mighty Patches after trying other similar products from other brands. I thought they worked okay but didn't see the same success I saw from other brands to justify the price point.

Great pimple patches to have on hand at all times! The hydrocolloid patches are amazing and significantly minimize size of breakouts.

Best patches for pimples. This is the only thing after dealing with years and years of acne that helps my pimples not only disappear faster, but keeps me from picking at them. I never let them run out!!!

I have bad hormonal acne, and a lot of the time I get bad flare-ups. With that being said, even if I don't touch my breakouts, they always end up scarring or leave a variety of discolorations. I tried the mighty patch purely out of curious desperation, and I was super surprised when I took it off, there was no scar or scabbing.

These aren’t a complete miracle worker but they definitely do help with speeding up a zits healing process. I find that they only work after you get the zit opened up. I use these primarily to reduce scabbing and bruising.

i like these patches but definitely doesn’t work on hormonal acne.

These work amazing! You see results in less than a day. It not only shrinks the pimple but also minimizes the redness.

THE only thing that will help with spot acne. Couldn't recommend more highly - even deep pimples will be gone overnight.

These patches work like magic!! My face clears up over night with this product. So affordable and easy!!

Love the colloidal patches when I have a current whitehead or very oily on the nose or forehead ! It gets a lot of the gunk out !

The mighty patch original patches have saved me from several breakouts. I've found that they work best on a clean dry face, they will not adhere to properly if there are lotions/serums underneath. However, I wish they weren't as expensive as they are because they are easily the best patches I've used, and I've tried several at this point, but it's difficult to justify the price.
