Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

These pimple patches work super well and the packaging makes it super easy to peel the patches up. They stick very well, and always get the gunk out.
The mighty patches are the superior pimple patches! Love the rescue balm and lightening wand too for discoloration/ post pimple. The discoloration literally flakes off overnight. Seriously the best and will keep buying again and again!

These help cover your pimples, keep them safe from outside agitators, and keep me from scratching them. A win/win/win in my book.
These work better than any other brand I’ve tried
luckily found this at 99cents only and tried it. loved it, it was my intro to pimple patches before it was trending and it was such a great experience. i found myself looking forward to blemishes just to have a reason to put these on lol
Found it works best when your pimple is almost ready to pop! otherwise, it did not help.

Great brand with great products that are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend the pimple patches!
Overall - these are good for spot treatment but not ideal if you're acne prone.
The regular spot patches are really good but not standout worthy necessarily. There are just so many on the market. But the invisible patches are great for when you need to conceal but don’t want to risk making a flare up worse with heavy makeup and the green tinted rescue balm is genuinely better than the Dr. Kart Cica repair and more combo skin friendly.
Their salicylic acid micro needle patches are awesome! I love that they don’t stick out too much, but if you were to wear it in public or wear under make up, it most likely will show (if you care about that). I feel like it does make a difference on the pimples that have already come to a head, but the ones that are deep and cystic probably won’t benefit from this much.

Good for those stubborn spots on the face and helpful on that it does not rub off
The patches seem to help white heads but they don't do anything for deeper acne. Overall I will continue to use them for whiteheads overnight. They really help reduce the size of pimples but its not a cure all.
I love the packaging and I do believe in the benefits of acne patches. The micro needle version to help fade scarring from acne is such a cool idea but SO expensive that I don’t want to try it out a second time. I will for sure keep buying this when it goes on sale at Target but there are other brands that do the same thing for a bit cheaper.
Works so well. We are booked. Never picking again!
Yes, they really work! Worth it for those pimples that need a little extra help to heal. Also a great tool for hiding a blemish before applying make up.
i’ve tried their post acne treatment, chon patches, and acne treatment serum. overall, i really liked their products, specifically the post acne cream that’s in a blue tube. it really helped with the irritation and redness that comes from after a pimple pops. it didn’t sting or hurt which is also great
I really like the Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch for whenever I get a blemish. It makes the blemish go away faster and also keeps me from being able to touch it, so that prevents it from getting more irritated.

Best pimple patches on the market hands down. Perfect for spots that have whiteheads especially, and great, larger hydrocolloid patches.
My life-saver for real. Been using this for a month now. This stuff does the job. 🙃
I’ve tried a few products from the brand, the pimple patches, a cleanser and serum (the yellow one). I actually really like the formulations, the smells and textures are all really good to work with, but I didn’t see too much of a change in brightening- it’s definitely good for the price, but not a hard hitter for brightening
