Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • These work super well and they heal my breakouts so much faster than waiting it out. They also help prevent me from picking at my blemishes. Works better compared to competitors. Such a win

  • Pimple patches from heaven. Most pimple patches do not work on my skin, they just aren’t getting anything out of my skin. I’m not exactly sure what makes these different but I get soooooooo much good stuff out with these patches!

  • i absolutely LOVE these!! they help when i have a breakout!

    Feedback

i think these are great for everyone!

  • This mighty patch saves my day from zits/pimples! budget friendly but it does really work ad I can vouch for this product ! I love it!

  • I’ve tried the whitehead, deep- early stage, and pretty much every other pimple patch Hero Cosmetics offers and they’ve never failed me! These are awesome and help heal or bring pimples to the surface so much faster and since I’ve used these I don’t get scarring anymore.

  • The acne patches work well. I love the ones with the spikes for bad acne. I would also recommend the green tinted rescue balm as a color corrector to go over fading acne. It works well to conceal, and helps heal them.

  • I got to try the Mighty Patch and was very excited at the idea of having help with my acne. Unfortunately, I did not find these effective. Most people rave about them, so I had high hopes. Perhaps that's why my expectations were a bit high. To be fair, I should probably give them another try.

These patches did nothing for the problem spots I put them on. Maybe in the future I'll try them again.

  • Hellllooooo unfortunate owner of 15 years old acne here! I don't even know what I was doing before these. Smearing on spot treatments then collecting all the bacteria from my pillowcase? Ugh. These suckers (literally) will protect, dry out, and rapidly heal your spots. They are miraculous little bandaids and I quite literally *always* have them on deck. They have saaaaved me. Tip: the invisible ones will stay in place longer but the original have more surface area. Hero is also one of the most affordable zit sticker brands! I also adore their tone correcting creams. The orange is perfect for cool tones of under-eye circles while the green will knock redness out.

  • I thought it worked okay, it helped my son who had a tendency to pick at his face. Then this is the product for you. But for me I have found stronger solutions that dry up my problem area quicker.

  • I have tried a number of items from this brand and have generally been impressed. I actually prefer another brand for simple pimple patches but have used their spf and color correcting products with great success. I like that they offer larger patches than just the small circles and have found them to be really helpful for breakouts on my jaw line and chin. The price point is great for what it does for you and I like that it can be found at stores that I regularly go to anyways (such as Target).

  • I love the Original and the Micropoint patches the most as they can help any blemish I may get.

    Feedback

Although I like the product, I am beginning to find alternate options that work better and are sold at a better price point.

  • Hero Cosmetics line is honestly amazing. I have been using the might patch products for a while now, and they're an absolute game changer for my acne prone skin. I've also started to recently use the brave body line, and have noticed such a difference in my body acne. By far, my favorite products are the rescue balm line. The original helps to heal picked blemishes overnight. The green and peach colored balms are also fantastic to help color correct. I love to wear the green one as a base all over my face and then just spot conceal instead of using a heavier foundation.

  • I loooove mighty patch! I've struggled with acne most of my life, and mighty patch has really helped me stop picking at my blemishes. I really think that they help reduce the longevity of my pimples, and I love the microdot medicated patches for deep, cystic pimples.

    Feedback

They are quite expensive and there are certainly cheaper options out there that works just as well. The microdot ones are 12.99 for only 6, which is a little crazy in my opinion

  • They definitely work, but sometimes they doesn't stick to the skin.

    Feedback

Sometimes they just won’t stick to the face for whatever reason, so I wish there were more per pack considering their price point.

  • I love yo use these with a zit coming on. I m trying to break my picking habits and this makes me stop and extract a zit without using anymore pain.

  • A very solid choice for pimple patches. The Original works really well, and their more speciality varieties tend to work pretty well also. There are other products out there that do a similar thing at a comparable or lower price (The Peach & Lily Peach Slices one are also great, maybe better than these). The usability is great and the packaging is cute and looks good in a skincare stash.

    Feedback

Wider variety of size/shapes in the patches could be useful.

  • Very effective at reducing pimples overnight. Convenient to buy as it’s sold by target

    Feedback

Different sizes for the patches would be nice

  • I like CosRx and other (more affordable, typically Korean) pimple patches more, but Mighty Patch is an accessible pimple patch in the U.S. so I like it if I run out of my other brands and need something quick

  • For some reason this patch just wouldn’t stay on my face. I didn’t notice any difference or improvement of my pimples overall.
