Reviews mention

  • Overnight, flattening performance
  • Discreet, invisible wear
  • Secure, adhesive patches
  • Satisfying, effective extraction
  • Limited cystic efficacy
  • Thicker, raised edges
  • Occasional adhesion issues
  • Possible post‑patch rings

Hero Cosmetics earns strong reviews for Mighty Patch, which visibly flattens whitehead pimples overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly—especially the Invisible+ version. Reviews also flag limits: patches do little for deep, under‑the‑skin cysts, can lift or leave rings on sensitive skin, and many note comparable hydrocolloid alternatives at lower cost or wish for thinner edges and more sizes.

  • I love the pimple patches and have been using them for 4+ years. They help me not pick at my pimples and always dissolve them in a way thats satisfying (lol). They're also great for pimples that are just under the skin and red that can be so bothersome.

  • One of my favourite beauty discoveries of 2025. So effective, stays in place overnight and most importantly, doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin. My husband discovered my stash and now I have to order multipacks!

  • The only pimple patch that shows proper results, I've tried star face and it has no result unlike these. I leave them on overnight and for any larger pimples they have no noticeable bump by the morning!

  • These are my favorite patches to use on blemishes so the breakout doesn’t worsen. They’re gentle to peel off and are very effective to removing the impurities. The only downside to enjoying this product is the price point.

  • I've tried a few products from this brand and they have been very consistent. I wouldn't say that my acne went away overnight, but it definitely improved. It was less red and oily. A couple of days and it was gone.

  • I tried the hero patches based on a recommendation from a friend. They don’t necessarily work for every pimple but I still love it nonetheless. I especially love the invisible ones because it’s not really noticeable.

  • The Hero Pimple Patches really impressed me. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but after using one overnight I was surprised at how well it worked. The patch stayed in place and by the morning, it had clearly pulled out the impurities and helped the blemish start healing much faster. It’s such a simple product, but incredibly effective when you need it. I love that it’s gentle, mess-free, and easy to use, definitely something I’ll always keep on hand.

  • I've tried quite a few different brands of pimple patches and these are the best ones! They're the perfect size to cover even bigger pimples and my acne always looks so much better after using these. I like the invisible option so it can be used even when going out.

  • This product does exactly what is says, BUT you can find the same product for quite a bit cheaper with other brands. I do feel like this brand leaves a bit less sticky residue than other brands but I'm not 100% sure it's worth the extra price tag. I think it's worth shopping around or using your HSA if you have one!

  • The original mighty patches are a staple in my skincare routine. They will stay on my face overnight and really do bring out any gunk. I do wish they came in a stronger “formula”, since I’ll often use a patch that gets some gunk but not all of it. These work well overall and last me a while, but I’d recommend trying a bigger patch if you have bad whiteheads like me.

  • These are the only acne patches I use. They stay on, don’t irritate my skin at all and by morning the pimples are gone. They stay on so much better than other brands that I always keep a huge pack on hand for whenever I break out.

  • The Hero. Force Shield Superfuel Serum Stick is super convenient for on-the-go hydration and calming irritated skin 💚. It glides smoothly and feels lightweight, perfect under sunscreen or makeup. That said, it may not provide enough moisture for very dry skin types or harsh winter days.

  • These patches are a must-have for surprise breakouts—they flatten pimples overnight and reduce redness fast. They stick well, even while sleeping, and you can literally see the gunk pulled out. So satisfying and effective!

  • I’ve officially replaced by Bioré nose strips with the Might Patch. They’re slightly more, but I like them better and feel I get more long lasting results.

  • I love how seem less these look and feel on my face. It perfectly covers the redness. I can put one on overnight and by the next morning my pimples look and feel almost non-existent! Lastly, it’s an FSA eligible product so it was such a plus I was able to use my remaining FSA funds for it!

  • I feel like these used to work better than they do now. Still a great product, and maybe my acne has changed but I feel like there is less visible gunk removed from my blemish than previously with the same product.

  • Love these things! Great for helping clear pimples as they pop up- I like to use them overnight for the best possible results. Best for blemishes that have come to a head; help to clear and prevent scarring.

  • I have gone through multiple packs of the regular pimple patches but recently discovered the NOSE patches. I put one of these on and typically leave it on overnight and when i get up- its scary how much gross stuff it pulls from your pores! very satisfying though! highly rec <3

  • So, who doesn’t want to make a blemish go away overnight? Plus, what’s more fun than a sticker. Maybe I don’t have the right kind of blemishes, I’m not a teenager anymore, but unfortunately, I found these didn’t do much if anything for blemishes. Which is a bummer. Back to old tried and true.

  • The Hero patches are pretty good, but they are definitely visible. They do a decent job of reducing pimple size though. Also, the large patches are good for covering large areas or large pimples. I usually cut it to get the most use out of one large patch. It's not the most incognito and effective patch out there, hence the one star reduction.
