Hero Cosmetics earns strong reviews for Mighty Patch, which visibly flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends well on skin; many say it’s the only patch that reliably “gets the gunk” and prevents scarring. Reviews also flag limits: hydrocolloid patches don’t help deep, under‑the‑skin or early‑stage cystic pimples, adhesion can lift on oily skin, edges can look thick, and several note comparable cheaper alternatives and occasional irritation or lingering marks.

Writing I finally tried the Hero Mighty Patch and honestly… I get the hype now. You know those annoying whitehead pimples that show up like they own the place? I put one of these patches on before bed and by morning it had basically sucked the life out of it. Not glamorous, but weirdly satisfying. The patch pulls out all the gunk while protecting the spot so you don’t mess with it (which, let’s be real, is half the battle). What I like most is that it’s simple. No burning, no weird smell, no harsh chemicals. It’s just a little hydrocolloid sticker that quietly does its job while you sleep. It also stays on really well—I toss and turn and it was still there in the morning. By the next day the pimple was way flatter and less angry. Not miracle-level instant disappearance, but definitely a big improvement without irritating my skin. If you’re someone who battles the occasional breakout and tends to pick at it (guilty), these patches are absolutely worth keeping around. They’re basically tiny zit bodyguards. Bottom line: easy to use, actually works, and weirdly satisfying to peel off in the morning. I’ll definitely keep a box in my bathroom drawer.

I love the pimple patches and have been using them for 4+ years. They help me not pick at my pimples and always dissolve them in a way thats satisfying (lol). They're also great for pimples that are just under the skin and red that can be so bothersome.
Out of all the pimple patches i have tried this is probably the most effective. Super easy to use & really helps to reduce a pimple without the need to squeeze or extract it. Highly recommend giving these a go.

I have a huge rash all over my face due to testing positive for adenovirus. I needed to find something to help my terrible sensitive skin. I came across the sensitive skin patches which calmed down my redness and irritation and helped with the rash being especially itchy. Has a calming lotion absorbed in the patches. I left them on overnight and woke up at 5:30 am to get ready for esthetics school. Which is when I took off the patches and massaged the rest of the leftover lotion into my skin..

The Hero Pimple Patches really impressed me. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but after using one overnight I was surprised at how well it worked. The patch stayed in place and by the morning, it had clearly pulled out the impurities and helped the blemish start healing much faster. It’s such a simple product, but incredibly effective when you need it. I love that it’s gentle, mess-free, and easy to use, definitely something I’ll always keep on hand.

I've tried quite a few different brands of pimple patches and these are the best ones! They're the perfect size to cover even bigger pimples and my acne always looks so much better after using these. I like the invisible option so it can be used even when going out.

The original mighty patches are a staple in my skincare routine. They will stay on my face overnight and really do bring out any gunk. I do wish they came in a stronger “formula”, since I’ll often use a patch that gets some gunk but not all of it. These work well overall and last me a while, but I’d recommend trying a bigger patch if you have bad whiteheads like me.

These are the only acne patches I use. They stay on, don’t irritate my skin at all and by morning the pimples are gone. They stay on so much better than other brands that I always keep a huge pack on hand for whenever I break out.

I’ve officially replaced by Bioré nose strips with the Might Patch. They’re slightly more, but I like them better and feel I get more long lasting results.

I have not had a bad experience with anything from this brand. The popular pimple patches have saved me from picking at my blemishes more times than I can count, and I feel like this brand does a better job than others. The patches are sticky enough to stay on all night, unlike some competitors. In addition, I use the Force Shield Superlight sunscreen EVERY day. My skin really doesn’t like chemical sunscreens, so I have to wear physical sunscreens with zinc oxide. However, a lot of physical sunscreens that I try leave my skin with a white case. Hero’s sunscreen is the only one that I have found that doesn’t leave a white cast, because it is tinted slightly green for color correction. I’ve repurchased the sunscreen multiple times!

I love how seem less these look and feel on my face. It perfectly covers the redness. I can put one on overnight and by the next morning my pimples look and feel almost non-existent! Lastly, it’s an FSA eligible product so it was such a plus I was able to use my remaining FSA funds for it!

I feel like these used to work better than they do now. Still a great product, and maybe my acne has changed but I feel like there is less visible gunk removed from my blemish than previously with the same product.

This product is absolutely worth it. It literally pulls out all the gunk overnight and noticeably reduces redness by morning. I love how gentle it is on my skin and how well it stays on, even while sleeping. It’s amazing for surprise breakouts and helps pimples heal faster without drying or irritation. A total skincare must-have for clear, calm skin.

So, who doesn’t want to make a blemish go away overnight? Plus, what’s more fun than a sticker. Maybe I don’t have the right kind of blemishes, I’m not a teenager anymore, but unfortunately, I found these didn’t do much if anything for blemishes. Which is a bummer. Back to old tried and true.

The Hero patches are pretty good, but they are definitely visible. They do a decent job of reducing pimple size though. Also, the large patches are good for covering large areas or large pimples. I usually cut it to get the most use out of one large patch. It's not the most incognito and effective patch out there, hence the one star reduction.

I’ve used several products from Hero and although their patches are great, the rescue balm (before the new formula) is still my holy grail. It helps reduce redness and actively speeds up the healing process for acne.

these and the cosrx ones are my go to pimple patches. i recently snagged a costco pack and tried the invisible version and i am obsessed! i feel like these two brands are the only ones that actually do what they say they will and the hero ones in particular have good adherence to the skin! + the invisible ones don’t draw too much attention when you’re out and about. only downside with these is that they are pretty pricey :/

Mighty Patch nose strips are very satisfying!! They most definitely extract everything from my pores - Although I would say I'm not sure how long the results last - I think they'd be best combined with something including salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide for after use. The patches even for just the nose work for anywhere on your face, and they definitely help a lot when I'm having a proper breakout. Review photo is of a single patch!
