Great Jones impresses in reviews for bold, beautiful cookware that often performs well—especially The Dutchess dutch oven, ceramic baking dishes, and heavy Holy Sheet pans—but durability issues and design missteps temper the praise. While users love the vivid colors, easy cleaning, and even browning, many report chipping or peeling coatings, warping at high heat, fading finishes, and nonstick pans that lose performance within a year.

  • I love the branding, product design, and packaging.

I had the nonstick pan, and it warped and lost its nonstick quality quite quickly. Overall their products seem to favor form over function, especially considering that their sheet tray is only oven-safe up to 450º which is kind of ridiculous.

  • I have the pink dutch oven from this brand as well as two of the ceramic baking dishes, and I have found that the style alone of these pieces really elevates my kitchen space. The ceramic baking dishes are kind of the sleeper hits of my collection, and I find them to be items I find myself reaching for all the time, whether to make brownies or a fall dinner. The dutch oven is great for soups and stews, but I find it a bit cumbersome for everyday use.

  • These are a good quality but honestly wish these looked as good after 1-2 uses as they do when the box is first opened. While is great to market pretty pans n stuff, how about reconciling the need to try and keep them clean. So... anyway, tradeoffs i guess....

  • I really loved the sheet pans. The half size is super convenient and the nonstick coating was great at first, but it started peeling even though I’ve never used metal tools on them, and once the first peel happens it’s a rapid cascade. I just wish the coating had lasted better. If it had these would be the perfect sheet pans.

  • I thought these products were great at first but after using them for a while, I realized how poorly designed they were. The style looks nice but the saucepan spout gets water everywhere and the non-stick pans start losing their “non-stick” feature after about 12 uses.

  • Great customer service - but so, so product. Small and large fry lost their "non-stick" in less than a year. The sheet pans are holding up okay - I love that blue!

More realistic about the life of the pans. Pretty, but do not last long.

  • Beautiful and functional cookware. I got four products for my mom as Christmas gifts: a circular cake pan, a bread pan, a muffin tin, and a set of two half-sheet pans. They are incredibly beautiful. I will definitely, 1000000% buy from Great Jones again.

  • I gifted a friend one of their Dutch ovens and it was such a hit. The color and look were beautiful and just a little more special than the average pot. From what I've heard, it performs really well. I'm not sure I'd buy all of their products just for personal use, since there are more economical and still attractive options out there, but I think these make perfect gifts, especially for weddings/ housewarmings/ etc. Sometimes, it's fun to have a slightly frivolous version of a practical product, and that's what I think these are!

  • Their pans are cute and decent quality but only for a casual cook. The nonstick on the pans I've found to have completely worn out within a year. Good for beginners/those who only cook once a while. You still have to use a lot of oil to have the eggs swish around like in their ads.

  • My Dutch oven is the piece that brings my kitchen together. I seriously am on the website constantly filling my cart but it’s so expensive that I can’t pull the trigger for more stuff (yet)

  • I have over 40 years of accumulated kitchen gear--well used and appreciated. So I am pretty stingy about adding or replacing items I already have. But I am glad I did in this case. I bought two loaf pans and a large casserole dish. The loaf pans are soooo heavy and sturdy in a way that inspires confidence and the blue color makes me smile. The casserole dish is probably a bit more ordinary but the design is delightful and compliments food well.

The main thing I worry about with this brand is putting more resources into marketing than the product. So far my fear has not been realized. The product is very solid.

  • I got a cast iron pan from Great Jones & I really enjoy it! the only downside is it's pretty large, and no lid I own fits on it but otherwise great quality!

  • I love my Dutch oven from Great Jones! I have the green one and it’s so beautiful and works wonderfully. It is also so easy to clean!

  • This pan was decently non-stick until JUST after the warranty ran out, when it proceeded to be the MOST sticky, impossible to clean pan we've ever owned (even when following care instructions exactly). When we emailed the company after about a year and a half and asked them about this they said: "If used frequently, a ceramic nonstick pan can begin to show signs of wear around the year mark. Our warranty currently covers damages incurred under normal use up until the year mark. You can certainly continue to use the pan but it may be time for a replacement." So basically: This pan is unusable for its original purpose after a SINGLE YEAR and then it's "time for a replacement." Customer service then gave me a 10% off coupon. 10% off of another expensive pan that they themselves say will become unusable in a year and end up in a landfill. No thanks. Skip this pan and all other items from this company.

  • Avoid, no customer service, the delivery was late and items were sent only after I queried, then complained (twice). No apology. And then when it arrived the ‘free’ sheet pan I was supposed to receive was not in the box. They ignored requests from me asking where it was. Products are pretty but not good quality.

  • I've had the Holy Sheet (sheet pan) since it first launched and the color is gorgeous. Obviously not as pretty as it is out of the box with repeated use, and there is a blemish from someone using a metal knife on the pan. The pan is heavier than normal sheet pans and feels very study, but it does warp occasionally - usually when I am using the broiler which is hotter than the recommended temperature of the pan (450 degrees). Not sure if I would purchase it again because of the lower oven-safe temperature.

  • I got a beautiful holy sheet baking pan for Christmas and it was gorgeous and nonstick! For about the first 3 months. Now it’s warping in the oven, the paint/coating is somehow chipping off (even though I’ve only ever hand washed it), and it’s increasingly difficult to get stains off. Such a bummer.

  • We have the holy sheet both sizes and the large fry. The holy sheets works great and I use them without any problem. However, the pan is not. After a half year of using the pan almost every day, the pan stick with everything.... and I had to throw it away. I know I can't use a non-stick pan for a long time, but compared with other pans I had, it lasted very short period.

  • Love my holy sheet pan! So durable and retains heat incredibly well. Browns the bottom of my cookies perfectly.

Maybe make the coating tougher? My brother in law used a pizza cutter on it and it tore the coating off instantly...can't really fault Great Jones for that though!
