    I got the Family Style set back in 2021. They are really pretty and have held up well. I got the Dutchess in white and used it a lot to make bread. I tried to make sure that I cleaned it well, but it still stained unfortunately.

    I loved Great Jones for the first year or so of owning the sheet pan set, but then the pans began to peel with use as you can see in the image. I reached out to them about any solution or warranty and they weren't able to offer anything. The pans are supposed to be dishwasher safe, so I'm not sure where the issue arose from, but it was disappointing for the price point. Quality issue for me here.

    I really wanted to love the sheet pans — the color is gorgeous and they definitely look great in the kitchen. But after some regular use, I noticed the ceramic coating started to chip, which was a letdown. They’re stylish, but just didn’t hold up the way I’d hoped. I’ve since gone back to my heavier-duty industrial sheet pans, which aren’t as pretty but perform more reliably. These might work for occasional or lighter baking, but for me, they didn’t quite meet the standard.

    I have nearly all the great jones products from their small fry to duchess to sheet pans. I love my duchess (large and small). It’s great for soup, braising meats, making pho, having hot pot, etc. I love the small sheet pans for the oven because I have a smaller over and it’s just so much nicer to use. I don’t love their stainless steel pans as much only because I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it. No fault to the pan. It’s just easier for me to fry up an egg or reheat leftovers in my Madein skillet.
