Gorgie energy drinks impressed with their natural ingredients, refreshing flavors, and non-jittery energy boost. However, the brand's use of artificial sweeteners and bitter aftertaste have been less appreciated.

I don’t really like energy drinks but I really enjoyed Gorgie! Cute packaging, enough caffeine to keep me awake, and great customer service. I did not love the fake sugar flavor but I recognize that is a personal preference.

I am not a huge energy drink person- mainly the ingredients turn me off so I was excited to try Gorgie! It was (for me) the perfect amount of energy- not too much where I felt overwhelmed but just a good buzz. I tried the Watermelon and the Peach flavor. I personally liked the watermelon more! It was not overly sweet and actually had a little bit of bitterness to it, which I liked! Overall- I would purchase again!

Love the idea, don't love the execution. Sadly, this tasted mostly like artificial sweetener to me. The can's super cute and the branding is great, but none of that matters if the drink itself isn't tasty. Probably wouldn't buy again unless it was reformulated. Also, taste aside, this made me so jittery! I regularly have matcha daily which is slower caffeine release than I'm assuming an energy drink would be, but didn't think it'd be that bad. Def something to keep in mind for those interested in trying this.

I really like the Peachy Keen and Mango Tango - the watermelon and berry ones weren't my thing, but I can see why other's might like them. I appreciate GORGIE's because I feel caffeinated all day and don't have a crash like I normally do with other energy drinks. I prefer mine iced after keeping them in the fridge. The packaging is SO cute too!

These were not for me, I didn't really like any of the flavors I got. They had good bubbles and I really liked the concept behind them. But the flavors really didn't hit for me.

Great tasting and fun can design. Love seeing them at sprouts now! My only complaint was the packaging had these small styrofoam discoballs, they were extremely cute but I worry they’re not environmentally friendly. Aside from that, huge fan!

The most fun unboxing experience and beautiful branding. The flavors looked great, but like other reviewers mentioned I found the artificial sweetener taste to be not for me. I'm not generally a big energy drink person, and not sure that this helped convert me, but fun to try!

The packaging was such a fun surprise and I love the idea of these energy drinks, but the flavors were a big miss. I wouldn’t repurchase.

Okay the package came with small disco balls which was SUCH a fun surprise and delight moment, and I have to shout that out. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. While I can't say I'm the world's biggest fan of energy drinks I've seen my way around a pick me up in my day or two. I had gone into these with high hopes, maybe the drink would be a delightful new wave style food and Bev answer to the tried and true red bull we've all turned too. Maybe they would have subtlety of taste, or originality of flavor, or even quite possibly delightful energy. They had none of the above. While they weren't awful, they just did nothing new. The flavor was terrible--because that's how energy drinks taste to me. The energy was there, but it wasn't new. But all of this adds up to, imo, a three star experience so why am I giving Gorgie only two? The packaging went from gimmicky to downright disconcerting. Having each bottle have five small scale photos of influencer looking women fake reacting to the ingredients in each drink gave me such an ick I could barely continue drinking. This tactic did not increase my trust. It made it feel like they were trying to market to tween girls but were doing so in such an off-putting way I felt weird continuing to hold them. Plus the copywriting was so odd, it felt like chatGPT had written it. I had to take off another star.

please get rid of the weird (what I can only assume are fake) influencer testimonials on the can. Then it's fine.

The first impression was great - I loved the packaging with the mini disco balls! So cute! I was very excited to try Gorgie. I liked the flavor options, but was not a fan of the artificial sweetener taste that lingers. I think the product idea is great, and appreciate the other benefits of the drink, but the taste was not my favorite because of the artificial sweetener taste.

If the artificial sweetener taste was removed, I think I would love these drinks!

I recently tried Gorgie energy drink and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I cracked open the can, I could tell that this was no ordinary energy drink. The aroma alone was invigorating, and the taste was out of this world. Not only did Gorgie give me the boost of energy I needed to power through my day, but it also had a delicious flavor that I couldn't get enough of. It wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting like some other energy drinks can be. Instead, it had a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess that made it incredibly refreshing. One thing I particularly appreciated about Gorgie was that it didn't give me the jitters or crash that I've experienced with other energy drinks. It provided a sustained energy boost that lasted for hours, without any unpleasant side effects. Overall, I would highly recommend Gorgie energy drink to anyone looking for a delicious and effective way to stay energized throughout the day. It's definitely worth giving it a try, and I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

areas where it could be improved to provide an even better experience for consumers. One thing that I think would be helpful is if Gorgie offered smaller size options for their energy drink. While the full-sized can is perfect for those who need a lot of energy, some people may not want to consume that much caffeine or may prefer a smaller serving size. By offering smaller sizes, Gorgie could appeal to a wider audience and provide more flexibility for consumers. Another area where Gorgie could improve is in their unboxing experience. While the product itself is excellent, the packaging could be more aesthetically pleasing and engaging. Adding some creative graphics or a personalized message on the can could make the experience of opening a Gorgie energy drink even more enjoyable and memorable for consumers. Overall, I would still highly recommend Gorgie energy drink to anyone looking for a delicious and effective way to stay energized throughout the day. However, I hope that these suggestions for improvement are taken into consideration to make the product even better for consumers.

I really enjoyed these! I’m not a huge fan of energy drinks, but these aren’t overly sweet. The green team flavor really shines through, which is great. The peach and watermelon were really good, the berry was a touch cough syrupy. The packaging was so cute, with mini disco balls, but pretty wasteful. Hopefully this was just a part of the sampler kit and not every time you order.

A few issues with these, but first: - I would like to note that I tried the watermelon first, am currently “drinking” the peach and haven’t tried the berry flavor yet - I bought these during a thingdrop Okay the review: 1. The first issue is the aftertaste. It’s soooo strong and is making me really struggle to finish the peach flavor - so much so, that I am taking the time between sips to write this review. I noticed it with the watermelon, but it’s unbearable with the peach. 2. I opened the box and immediately thought about how unsustainable the packaging is. I understand that the disco balls are for a fun surprise, but I couldn’t help but think what I was going to do with them and then started wondering how many of these I would accumulate if I regularly ordered from the brand in the future. 3. The actual packaging of the drink was off-putting - largely the play on tweets on the back. I thought they were actual tweets of verified Twitter users (which I thought was weird), but realized, they are just random pictures of women who all look the same (think thin and white, like the woman on the Thingtesting page photo, and a photo of the CEO/Founder) and thought it was even weirder. It’s just a strange choice to brand a product in this way and then use it as an opportunity to highlight the lack of diversity in the branding. The CEO/Founder is a woman of color so this shocking and confusing. Normally, I wouldn’t care, but any time a brand uses the word “community”’ in their branding or longline I roll my eyes. Especially when the brands decides to define their community in such an exclusionary way.

TLDR: On top of the aftertaste, the branding is a big miss for me.

I really liked the Gorgie drinks! I tend to shy away from energy drinks because of their icky ingredients and weird aftertastes, but Gorgie has ingredients that make me feel good and they just taste like the flavored sparkling waters I love to drink. I think the size is perfect too. I also love how they packaged it—I opened my box to see lots of tiny disco balls! Such a cute touch!

Tasty little bevie - unlike other caffeinated drinks these have a very natural taste and importantly after taste. I don’t think this will replace my iced coffee habit but it’s a very gentle and tasty energy bump and my wife was equally pleased with not only the taste but impressed with the packaging of the product and the shipping container.

Great flavor but a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll definitely try any new flavors that come out. The disco ball packaging was great.

Cut back on the sweetness a little but still a great drink.

Discovered this brand first here on Thingtester and thought the ingredients looked interesting. I picked up the Tropical Punch at a local store using the trial offer. The look was surprisingly pink 😘 no nasty artificial food coloring! Tasted amazingly like Hawaiian Punch (in a fun way!) made a nice afternoon cocktail alternative for me. I didn’t notice a spike in energy or jitters. I definitely want to try the other flavors now. The graphic design is super cool.

Ranking the flavors I tried: #1 = Watermelon Crush, #2 = Paradise Punch, #3 = Mango Tango. I did feel a slight boost in energy, which is actually the level I prefer since I'm not dependent on caffeine and therefore pretty sensitive to any time I do drink something with it! Their target audience is definitely people who would normally order matcha/tea and never really drink energy drinks. Would definitely buy the Watermelon Crush flavor again. I think they nailed that flavoring, while the other two I would pass on - the mango tango tasted like a mango white claw... basically lab-tasting mango lol
