Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

Branding is beautiful and really looks so luxe, but in my opinion? Overated.

The Ghia Spritz is my go-to when looking for a bitter, apertif-style beverage in a social setting where I don't want booze. The Ginger Spritz is the best flavor in my opinion— the ginger is just strong enough that small sips satisfy, but not so harsh that it burns. The Lime & Salt Spritz is almost too refreshing for the size of the can, though— those go down too quickly.
tastes delicious and festive, great option for the holidays!
My go-to non-alq drink. It is perfect.

It’s important to me to have sober alternative at home for guests. But, this is so good I choose it over alcoholic beverages every time!
I have been trying a bunch of different non-alcoholic tonics, looking for a replacement for my Negroni when I don't feel like drinking. I enjoyed this one a lot, although it was a touch too bitter/strong for me. I mixed it with a splash of tonic water to lighten it up some and it was really great.
A good Aperol substitute, but definitely not everybody's taste. They have a strong medicinal/botanical flavor which some people enjoy, but I did not. I would rather serve juices and sparkling waters instead of this tonic.
I've tried the Ghia Ginger and Ghia Soda cans—and honestly pleasantly surprised by how well-rounded and flavorful they were. The stronger flavors like ginger and rosemary makes them feel like great mocktails on their own. Definitely try them if you like herb-y or ginger-y drinks. They're pricey but feel like an actual treat.
Great alternative for cocktails when you're out. Definitely need to know what you're doing in terms of mixing drinks. I've had this in cocktails at some restaurants where it was quite mediocre but especially enjoyable at others.
I get it's for people trying to drink less/not at all, I get the ~cool~ factor...it's just not good, people. The taste is wayyyy off, too bitter but then somehow no flavor. I wouldn't even drink this if I got it for free. Sry.
I, like many thirty somethings, have been really focusing on cutting back on alcohol. Ghia feels like I’m cheating on that goal, without the negative side effects. Thanks to Ghia, I don’t have to sacrifice taste or lack of flavor options when out ‘drinking’ socially. Also, so many bars and restaurants in my area (Austin, TX) are carrying the cans or a Ghia Spritz N/A menu option. The Lime + Salt canned Ghia Spritz is my go-to for most functions where I’m trying to be conscious of my alcohol consumption. Not to mention the branding is top notch. A true 10/10 across the board in my book.
Love Ghia! It is a really interesting flavor that is nice to linger on. I’ve tried a lot of NA drinks in the past few years and this is one of my favorite.
This stuff is pretty tasty and a great alcohol replacement!

Really cool idea and concept, taste just wasn't for me. It was a bitter/sour taste, which I wasn't a big fan of. Really neat mission and branding!
Fantastic non alcoholic line of Products. Got a promotion in Too Good to go and tried the assortment which was lovely
Great taste if you like bitter flavors like Campari or spice forward teas. I love this to flavor with soda water for a beverage that feels fun without alcohol.
Have purchased the original formula Ghia, and recently the new "more concentrated" formula. I haven't tasted a big difference, but really like the new bottle design! Canned spritzes are a better product. Quick, easy, fun, and feel more appropriate for socializing.
The best nonalcoholic beverage in the game! It tastes delicious! I only tried the canned ones (I believe it’s the ginger flavor and regular) and I loved them both!!!

Ah, Ghia! So, you might be thinking it’s a bit silly, but let's dive into why someone might be drawn to it. Ghia is essentially a non-alcoholic aperitif, and the very concept is intriguing. Imagine you’re at a social gathering, everyone's sipping on their cocktails, and you’re not in the mood for alcohol. Enter Ghia. It's like you get to join the party without the alcohol. The bottle itself is a looker. It’s got that apothecary-chic vibe going on. You bring that to a dinner party, and you’ve got instant conversation. Now, let’s talk taste. Ghia is a botanical blend, and people describe it as bitter, a little sweet, and herbaceous. If you’re into complex flavors, it can be a treat. Mix it with some tonic water or use it in mocktails, and you’re basically a non-alcoholic mixologist. But here's the thing - it’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. Or, uh, glass of aperitif. If you’
