Just wasn’t impressed with this shampoo. Supposedly customizable but no better than a drugstore brand

The personalisation element is fun, and it was fun to do the quiz and feel like I had a more personal experience. But the actual product wasn't great - made my scalp feel itchy and dry afterwards.

I got their co-wash and the product works well but not any better than other co-washes I’ve tried before. Shipping took a really long time.

Honestly, it was fine. Just fine. I think the concept is great and it's a truly beautiful-looking product but I didn't really notice much of a difference on my hair. My experience was limited to using the shampoo and conditioner-- I haven't sample any of their other products.

Loved the scents and really wanted to like them but the results were underwhelming, especially the conditioner. Finished the bottle just to use it up, but my hair is in better shape after switching out of it.

I like the idea of this brand, I like the minimalist aesthetic and it makes it easy to customize and target what you want in your hair products.

I bought the wavy hair shampoo and conditioner at target. I have seen a difference in my hair health so far!

I bought the Function of Beauty collaboration with Target and I was very underwhelmed with what I got. For the price, I got hair loss and super brittle hair.

I wish the quiz on the website had more information to help guide you to the correct add ins.

I hated this product. I bought the shampoo and conditioner and my hair has never felt worse. The products smelled good but that’s the only positive.

I like the idea of adding what you need to your shampoo and conditioner but it damaged my hair. It would turn greasy the next day, which never happened before. And I had an increase of hair loss.

I got this line at Target for straight hair and it didn't work out for me at all. Made my hair super dry while it kept my scalp oily. I know it works really well for some people but it wasn't for me at all.

The ordering process was easy, but I was not very happy with the product. I decided to try it because they offered a larger size at a good discount. However, it didn't work any better than the unpersonalized products that I buy at the store (in fact I think it was slightly worse)

I didn't really like this brand for my curly hair. It made my hair hard to shampoo and the conditioner didn't have much slip to it.

Innovative brand. Able to customize haircare to personal needs.

I absolutely loved how it was all personalized to me and customizable.
