Bad customer service. Won't provide shipping labels with some bizarre rule to return. Although they say they will deduct shipping costs but make you do it. Other people have had similar issues. These 6 loungers were not even unpacked or opened as they were ordered in error. We did not want inflatables. We wanted the bean bag type. On their return email rules they mention that we should patch them ourselves with the patch kit that comes with it if they are leaking. That is not very reassuring! We will proceed with the return and stop the charge if we have to in full. From what we are reading there are a lot of complaints about leaks and material separating.

I wanted to decorate my yard for a halloween party but just hate some of the tacky decor out there. I don't need any tv characters in my yard or a giant skeleton I have to store all year. Funboy's modern inflatables are high quality and have some nicer themes. Slightly overpriced, but owell

Fast delivery and fun options to choose from. There was also great customer service that sent us a new float once we had a hole develop after the first few uses. The replacement is still in great shape to this day. The floats can be quite large and fit many people. Bought an accompanying pump for them that was really easy to use - plugs right into the wall and blows the float up quickly.

The Swan inflatable is poorly designed and isn’t suitable for floating, so we never even used it for that purpose. Despite minimal use, it stopped staying inflated in less than 60 days. The attached photo shows the swan just a few hours after inflating it - it deflates quickly and is clearly defective. When I reached out to Funboy through Amazon to report the issue, they completely ignored my complaint and have yet to respond. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

We had these on my bachelorette party and they were such a nice surprise. Easy to inflate and came in great shapes!

BUYER BEWARE: BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, BE 100% POSITIVE YOU WANT TO KEEP FUNBOY FLOATS I bought 4 floats total and didn't think to check their return policy beforehand b/c these days, returns are pretty much low to no cost/effort everywhere, largely thanks to Amazon, which is where I should have purchased them, but they didnt have the styles I wanted and FB had a good sale and free shipping. My husband wanted a more durable float, like the fantastic BOTE floats and accessories we ordered. Funboy does not pay for returns. I'm thinking ok, I'll send it back on my own nickel, how much can it be? Funboy does not provide return labels. The return process is very arduous. The items have to be UN-opened and UN-used. You must place the boxes you received the items in, into another corrugated box. Then your shipping label must have the order number on it and you must provide a tracking number. By this point I'm exhausted from reading all their return demands. FINALLY, I manage to box up both boxes and take them to the post office to see how much this is going to cost. I asked them for the least expensive option to return the two boxes to Chino, CA from Houston, TX. She weighed ONE of the boxes and quoted me +/- $140.00...that's ridiculously exorbitant. I originally spent $213.25 on a 2-pack of sun loungers and a 2-pack of sun chairs. I emailed their customer service and have yet to receive a response. I did however receive a very quick response when I emailed a question about the return process. Before I knew I was going to be returning the 4 items and going through the rigorousreturn process, I spent another $312.30 on a 2-pack of the fabric classic mat loungers as they looked more durable. So basically I'm out $525.55. The website and product look high end, so who would have imagined Funboy's customer service and return policy is completely unhelpful and the process so unfruitful.

Super fast shipping, really fun designs & collaborations! The plastic is very thick, so it seems like they will last a long time. I like to stock up when I see they have a sale at the end of the season. They always make the funnest floaties & the cutest to take pics with!

Bought two Funboy's for our honeymoon in Bora Bora. Extremely worth it. Great design, high-quality material, and for once easy to blow up! They actually made the blow-up hole one that you can use an air mattress pump with it.

Really fun and photogenic floats that make for a great pool day. Unique designs that are super playful.

I love this stuff, it is the best pool floaties. I have a floating shot ski that I love. They are expensive but they are way better looking and do in fact last longer.
