I have been trying to return a pair of shoes for almost a week. I’m finding no way to get in touch with these people and I would not buy anything else from them. I am very frustrated at this point and I can’t find a phone number to talk with anyone. The one phone number I found was another company. I would not buy from them if I were you.

Not honoring return policy. My 85 year old husband called to return and got major push back. Return is well within the 90-day period. He feels scammed out of $100
The insoles are SO comfortable I have already gone back and bought a second set. I also enjoy that they are made with eco-friendly and carbon-negative materials. Edit: I added a before and after picture of my insoles after wearing them daily for ever a year, still couldn't be happier with the purchase!

I bought these to try out an alternative to the Birkenstock wool slippers I have been wearing for a few years. They were roughly the same price and although I didn't have complaints about the Birkenstock slippers I thought I might like these even more. Unfortunately, the instep wasn't high enough for me and I had to return them. The return process was a bit annoying as I had to convince their CS agent that it really wasn't going to work for me and I didn't need to try for a month first.
