This is my mental health splurge, I love leaning on mushrooms in my day to day and this is such a fun and easy way to commit to my infatuation with fungus. A little expensive but worth it, especially when I'm traveling or grinding a little harder than usual.

Liked but didnt love. Fun drink to mix up your morning hot beverage routine, but not something I would return to regularly. Didn't notice any special effects, except for not having the coffee jitters

I have been using foursigmatic since 2018. Originally, I couldn't catch on the mushroom train, but then I understood. It started with their Lion's mane coffee and cacao mix. I was hooked. my focus was through the roof and my zzz's were deeper than ever before. Fast forward to now, I am currently drinking hot cacao while I write this and am a proud subscriber.

I think I'm missing something because I had the instant coffee and found it watery / not strong enough to replace coffee. Didn't love the flavor either.

I think you have to really believe in the functional aspects of the adaptogen promise-- I'm not sure I do. But the product tastes okay, I think I do see a cognitive difference between taking this versus regular coffee. We had a chill product (hot chocolate) that my daughter liked before going to bed.

They have the BEST protein powder.

I've tried the Matcha Tea, which is mild and fine. Blends well, no mushroom or offputting taste. The protein mix, however, is really bad. I can't get it to blend at all, and it doesn't taste good. I tried the chocolate, for reference.

I've recently gotten really into the Four Sigmatic Plant-Based Protein with Superfoods in the flavor Sweet Vanilla. The flavor is really nice and I do find it keeps me full when I add it to my smoothies.

Four Sigmatic was recommended to me by a registered dietician. I use their creamy cacao protein powder every morning - it's one of the only ones I've found that tastes amazing, really rich and not chalky, and also plant-based. I also really like their cacao and chai drink mixes for a treat during the day, I just wish they were a little less expensive.

I like the ingredients of the drinks (sachets) and protein powder but wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. The protein powder tasted and smelled like the fats had oxidized, which is a big no no for me.

Love this brand! I have tested so many protein powders and I'm picky about taste and texture. I have to say this is the best tasting protein powder I have used. I am comfortable to recommend this to clients !

I tried their mushroom cocoa and their coffee product, and it did not taste great. I couldn't finish the product due to its bitter and dirt-like flavour. I might have had too high of expectations on what it was meant to taste like, but I would not repurchase.

Absolutely delicious and packed with good-for-yous. I tried one of their multi-packs and can attest to feeling more energized after 2 weeks of daily drinks. Their packaging is lovely and makes for a great gift or countertop accessory.

The OG mushroom coffee company. I really like their single serve packets of Elixirs, which are mushroom powder and other adaptogens.

I do not know if any of their recipes actually have the benefits they purport to. I did not observe any effects, other than enjoying the taste and feeling extremely virtuous while drinking them.

A delicious way to consume your medicinal mushrooms. Super easy to make, huge range of flavours & styles.

The coffee and creamer mixes don’t taste great and I can’t necessarily tell how well they’re working but I do think taking better-for-you mushrooms are beneficial!

Absolutely amazing, I love the attention to the sourcing of ingredients and the brand is amazing.

A very unique brand and tea experience with these mushroom-based teas. I loved the earthy yet fresh taste to the tea and it really warmed me up and gave me a very energetic feeling and or sensation. I just wish the brand was cheaper in stores as I would buy more often.
