I didn’t like the barista ingredients at all. I also don’t like that they market it as using fiber rich oats but in reality, there’s very little fiber in these milks. As a result, you get a drink that is essentially sugar water, with 10 grams of sugar per glass (3 sugar cubes). Yes it’s naturally occurring sugars but it’s still turned into glucose in the body. I understand that people like it because it’s creamy and sweet but as a nutritionist, I don’t like the nutritional profile.

I do like the idea of oat milk because it’s hypo allergenic and sustainable but it would be great if they found a way to increase the fiber content. Also - please don’t use seed oils in your barista blend (or use cold pressed seed oils).

So, I decided to invest in good tights for once and bought a few in one go. But both ripped within no time, so very disappointed. They look and feel nice but they’re not as durable as they claim to be.

I like the ingredients of the drinks (sachets) and protein powder but wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. The protein powder tasted and smelled like the fats had oxidized, which is a big no no for me.

I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. In the end, it’s just a small amount of powder and it’s relatively easy to get the ingredients separately and mix them together, saving tons of money. I would say nice for one the go though.

Ok, this is hands down the best non-alcoholic drink on the market at the moment. I tried the night cap and it had a complex flavour profile and was very enjoyable to drink. The ingredients are also very legit. As a nutritionist, looking at the ingredient list made me very happy :).

The white stains it leaves are very off putting. A clear version would be great. It would also be great if they could find a way to use up more of the deodorant that’s left in the cardboard.

Girlfriend Collective has really cracked the code. The quality is so good, you wouldn’t say it’s made from recycled plastic. They material is thick, yet stretchy and keeps everything nice in place. I also love the wide range of colours they do, with new colours on offer every season. I’ve had some of their leggings for 4 years and they’re still going strong. 10 out of 10 from me.

The leggings do become a little bit wider over time, so if you feel your size is a bit snug, don't worry, it'll become a bit looser over time.

It’s VERY sticky! That might sound normal for gum but it literally stuck to my teeth and it was really hard to remove!
