I can really feel that it’s helping my posture! It is cute and not uncomfortable to wear. I hate that it was $200 which seems like a very steep price for a sports bra but it is nice that it helps with posture.

Forme is the best available! I have been wearing their posture-correcting bras since 2022, and now it is just part of my daily dressing routine. They are comfy and effective at proactively taking care of and training my muscles. As a hypermobile person who also has lung issues from long COVID, this has been huge for my recovery.

This bra really does correct your posture and helped me to eliminate some neck pain. Customer service was excellent when I had a question about sizing. Definitely recommend

Comfortable, Fashionable, purposeful!!! What more do I need to say for a great product that also looks cute! This ballerinas upper back is happy… and so are the cute selfies that came with my matching tutu!!!
