Order #177210517 Awful company… rip off merchants! Never want to refund anything especially when I have received a faulty dress! Learned my lesson never to buy from them again! Cheaply made crap from China. Crystals missing and badly glued on. AVOID them and spend your money on a reputable company that want to help and not rob you!

The wrong address but correct City was accepted by Nova fashions. I have tried reaching their help center. No messages can be left there . The stores in California can't help. I've tried numerous ways to reach them without success to let them know my package is on its way to the wrong place. I will never order from them again. There is absolutely no way you can reach anybody if there's a mistake of any kind. They picked up a wrong address & a correct city. I know I'm going to lose my package! What an awful way to do business.

Where is custom experience ever? The quality of the product is terrible inconsistent with size definitely do not recommend anyone to bother purchasing anything from fashion, nova They just want to give you Store credit if you return something they would NOT refund your money back to the same method of PAYMENT. This was my first and last purchase at this company again do not recommend whatsoever to anyone. I was trying to save some pennies to lose dollars here at the end.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Never received my order and their way of making it right is to show a picture of a delivery in the dark. This picture could be any delivery as it certainly is not my house! Package was never received. Super disappointed and would not recommend ordering from this company.

I purchased these shoes from fashion nova and the quality is everything it’s exactly what it looks like a I have a get a different size though because it fits a bit small

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. No customer service number and a automated email response. There's no live person to assist you with anything..... I placed a order with them and they sent me a tracking number that showed no movement for at least a week. I contacted fashion nova through email because There's no phone number. They kept sending an automatic response about my package assuring me that my package will be delivered by the delivery date, but there wasn't a accurate delivery date. This communication was going on for about 2 days until they finally lied and said the carrier lost my package. They wouldn't refund me until I filed a claim..hmmm what claim? they the one's that lost my package so, I should have to file a claim. I also ask them to reship my package with overnight and they also refused to do that .....I had to go through my bank for a refund. There wasn't any resolution on they're part....something should be done about this company

I ordered a package with a total of $194. The carrier placed the package on the wrong porch and took a delivery photo. In the photo you can clearly see the address on the house as “317” which is nowhere near my shipping address. The carrier advised me by email that they notified fashion nova that the package was lost by the driver. Fashionova refused to reship or refund my order. They repeatedly told me “the order says delivered” but never addressed that it was delivered to the wrong address. They showed no concern or regard. 2 weeks later and past my trip, I still have no package and they refuse to replace or refund. The photo with the incorrect address is big as day when you track the package. They asked for a photo of my house showing the address (even though my shipping address was obviously not 317 from the start). I sent the photo 4 times just for them to still tell me that can’t help me. Ridiculous scammers. I will never ever order from them again. I’ve never dealt with a company so this ghetto or shiesty.

do not buy here!! If you want to return or exchange something, they do not refund your money, they only give you credit to buy something else and most of the clothes are defective, horrible quality

I've read these reviews about Fashion Nova on here, and I'm kind of surprised. I have ordered quite a few items from FN, and when ordering I always read the reviews to make sure the size, and quality, and if the garment actually looks the same upon delivery. If its up to Par. FN has a lot of variety, and I believe their target audience is women, (20-40) what's impressive is that you can get the same outfit from a size 0-24 XS-3X. They cater to every woman. I'm a natural woman no surgery, My genes a big butt, thick thighs, small waist, and 36 D breast, the type of body women are out here paying thousands of dollars to have. Fashion nova gave me an opportunity to actually purchase pants that fit perfectly. Not to big around my waist, not to tight on my thighs, and tailored just right for my romp. Bravo FN! As far as above and beyond. I ordered a 11 pieces From FN on 04/29/23 for a birthday trip. It arrived on 05/02/23. 1 item was damaged. I immediately reached out to FN. Explained the situation asked if they could please help by sending me out another pair before my out of town trip on 05/06 Customer Service responded right away, via email. I followed their instructions as far as sending pics of damage item. They went above and beyond. On my Birthday 05/03 they immediately shipped me another pair of tights, and they arrived on 05/05 a day before My trip. Talking about excellent customer service. I was surprised. Shocked. They did it without receiving the damaged item first, per their policy. The agent who handled the situation did exactly what and outstanding customer service representative should do. Because of this I will continue to shop Fashion Nova, and I will recommend Fashion Nova to my Friends and Family. If you have issues with deciding if an item is going to fit right; Just remember to read the reviews before you make a purchase. A lot of the time women leave their measurements, height, weight, that may closely resembles yourself. I believe it also depends on your build. But I've been spot on in ordering because I always read the reviews before I order. Thanks Fashion Nova!

My sister has been trying to get me to order from fashion nova for years and I didn’t want to because I didn’t believe the hype. I should’ve stuck to how I felt, I decided to order from them and I never received my package (it’s been 10 days) and I contacted the carrier they use, they marked my package as delivered AFTER I contacted them. But guess what? STILL NO PACKAGE and in fashion nova policy they say they don’t issue refunds if the shipping carrier said they delivered the package -__- I’m never ordering from them again.

Make sure you check the stitching of items upon receipt, because you only have 7 days to return defective items. I am stuck with a dress that was poorly sewn because I didn't check the stitching immediately.

I love to stay fit and workout so I grabbed a couple pairs of Fashion Nova tights. They are pretty comfortable, don’t shrink and they even have pockets which I think were the first pair I ever had with pockets.

I received an email from you guys with an estimated delivery date of Friday I did not mean for express shipping I paid extra for Express when I was trying to pay for Rush and I got an email saying thank you for your order that my estimated delivery date was Friday I even reached out via social media I have a red carpet event on Friday and needed a dress and the fact that I had an estimated delivery date of Friday and now it's saying Monday is unacceptable I have been a devoted fashion Nova customer and this is really an emergency. Not to mention I put my order in on a Tuesday and I'm being told Monday for my delivery and I chose express shipping not to mention the countless times I have tagged your company in my photos and Hauls. If you place an order Tuesday how is the delivery date Monday when it's express shipping that's 6 days not three or four do not order from Fashion Nova if you are in an emergency and need an outfit

I purchased for the first time to get something to wear to a concert. The quality & sizing were so off, but it worked in a pinch. This is a fast fashion brand that I feel like the photos make it look completely different than in person.

Terrible quality and not sustainable. Still unsure why I made the purchase.

Fashion nova has amazing deals and is shipped to your door very quickly. All of my items have been high-quality and reasonably priced and definitely fun and fashionable

Jeans are soft, Returns are almost impossible tho.
