  • Durable denim construction

  • Minimalist, timeless aesthetics
  • Comfortable everyday pants
  • Inconsistent sizing accuracy
  • Boxy, unflattering silhouettes
  • Thin, shrink‑prone cotton tees
  • Narrow, blister‑prone footwear

Everlane proves a reliable source for well-made basics, according to reviews of Everlane, with standouts like Way‑High Jeans, Classic/Cheeky denim, cashmere, alpaca sweaters, and utility/barrel pants that hold up and anchor capsule wardrobes. Reviews also fault inconsistent sizing and boxy, unflattering cuts, variable fabric quality (thin tees, shrinking/pilling), and a drift from earlier simplicity—plus ethics concerns (union-busting) and limited size inclusivity—making the brand hit-or-miss depending on the piece.

  • The design is off. Love what it stands for re transparency and pricing, but I. Think it’s lost it’s way.

  • Some of my favourite basics are from Everlane. Some of their non-basic styles (e.g. dresses) can be hit-or-miss and not even flattering on the models in the photos…I’m not sure who is buying those items. Tees, tanks, and sweaters are great.

  • I’ve had very mixed experiences with their clothes and shoes! I have one item that’s held up very well but was very tricky to get the right size for, and others that fit well but have not held up well over repeated washing/wearing.

  • I’ve purchased clothing and intimates from Everlane multiple times. Their site is user-friendly, and they offer a fair variety of clothing options if you’re looking for basics and staples. Quality is consistent, and their transparency on sourcing and pricing is commendable. It's a straightforward, no-frills way to refresh your wardrobe. Personally, though, I find the price point a bit high and always stick to their sales.

  • Everlane has a wonderful mission their products are sustainable, yet high quality. It is hard to be both. I love that they offer a wide variety of sizes as it can be difficult to find clothing that fits me well.

  • This review is for the organic cotton t-shirts ONLY. I want to love them so bad, but the cotton is VERY thin and doesn't seem to be getting softer with each wash, as advertised. The women's boxy-cut T is a good fit, but the crop is just a touch too short and the men's uniform is the perfect t-shirt, saving for the thinness of the cotton and the fact that it comes in a bit narrow at the waist. I honestly think they're similar to quality and fit to Target, but with a much higher pricetag. However, they have great customer service and make some products that look incredible, so if the clothes fit you well, I'm sure this is an AMAZING place to get all your basics!

  • There is a store in the mall near my home. I was excited when a new store arrived! It has decent quality for middle aged women. Carries trendy but still classy clothing. A bit overpriced for what they offer.

  • While I’ve always liked everything I’ve bought, and I appreciate their effort towards transparent pricing, I’m just not sure I find their price point makes sense for me.

  • Excellent basics that are nice quality and reasonably priced. I've been an Everlane fan since their very early days and continue to enjoy wearing their clothing and dealing with their customer service.

  • Everlane is the definition of getting your money's worth. I buy these clothes for my fiance who tends to wear the same tees over and over again. These tees have held their shape and they still feel just as nice as when I first bought them. They also have a very nice exchange policy for their "Uniform" items allowing you to exchange them for up to a year after purchase.

  • I love Everlane as a good basics brand. I really can only afford to shop their sales and I kind of think its overpriced as regularly priced. However, I am in love with their pant, they have so many cute and comfy design styles.

  • Everlane has incredibly high quality clothing. Their basic tees and jeans are comfortable and cute. Highly recommend trying them on in store as their sizing can be quite off and varies dramatically based on the product.

  • My feelings about Everlane are COMPLICATED... Quality varies from product to product and their corporate ethos borders on astroturf. But I do aspire to be a chic minimalist waif in androgynous logo-less garments and they've got that market cornered for people in my tax bracket. My favorite products have consistently been from the ladies pants section. Somehow they have cracked the code on high waisted pants that are structured enough to shape you but not wildly tight and uncomfortable. The jeans and cotton twill pants do feel much higher quality than comparably priced items from Gap or Old Navy, and tend to hold their shape better after multiple wears. In my limited experience with their tops, the cotton is thin but not flimsy, but the cuts are not always flattering for me. I have come across some of their cashmere in second hand stores and it seems to pill and wear out more than your average (secondhand) cashmere. I do like their review section, it has been helpful for me to see people's height/weight/usual size/ordered size when trying to make a determination without a fitting room. I'm not sure how truly sustainable they are, it seems like their inventory has grown significantly over the years to accommodate trends I would expect to see from fast fashion retailers. And I haven't forgotten about the union busting claims made against them! It has definitely made me pause in ordering a few times.

  • Amazing super cool cotton tops. I have loved the summer colors. Also, tried the jeans but was not fond of the style.

  • I have mixed feeling on Everlane. Love their natural organic cotton clothing line especially the comfy sweat shirts and lounge pants. Their flat shoes have all of my favorite colors with simple yet nicely cut design but they give me blister every time I wear them. It’s so sad that I have to give away the two pairs I bought for myself. Wish they made their shoes in wider sizes. I still go to their store and browse their casual clothings when I’m in NYC. Their staff are lovely and I like the atmosphere of the store.
