I purchased on a "pre-order" sale - large order of 14 pieces. Surprised they immediately charged me in July for an 10/4/2024 ship date. Most companies wait until the ship date to bill... I tried to stuff that feeling that I'd been taken aside. On 10/4/2024, they sent out something indicating "unfortunate circumstances" including weather and a possible dock strike would cause a delay to my order. No new shipment date was provided. I thought - hey, I can be patient. ~9 days later I received an email saying "refund" - which was confusing. Apparently, it was not a full refund, simply $10 for being patient - but still no new ship date. Another month went by and I became suspicious. I wrote asking where the update was, noticed that they stopped sending me any emails with ads - but they're advertising EVERYWHERE. I then started to dig and learned the dock strike never happened. I learned they're not accredited by the BBB but they have earned an F rating by them. I went down the rabbit hole digging into those 1 star reviews, learning that LOTS of pre-orders never received their orders. The company apologized for not sending me an update. They told me that they didn't have all the items from my July order date, but I could do one of 4 things - none of them being a refund. Within about 24 hours of filing a formal complaint with the BBB, I received a letter that they would refund my money. I paused to begin notifying the world until after I saw it in my account. BUYER BEWARE!!

First of all I don’t even write reviews, but at this point, I have Order a set And they only ship the top of it Didn’t even get my pants .and then contacting them is not even worth it. No phone number. The email says that two backed up They will get back to me whenever they can. It’s not worth it. One star is even too good for them.

The hoodies are great until they aren’t and then good luck reaching someone for help. The email doesn’t accept messages and no phone number. So you are simply SOL if there is an issue. However, if you don’t have an issue like I did the product is comfy and cute. I just wish I could have reached someone for help when I needed it. I have written this and deleted it many times because calling a business out is not my style but here I am and I’m sad about it. Oh and I can’t cancel my preorder because you only get 7 days to do that. The issue was on the 3rd wash the zipper fell off.

Scam scam scam. This whole company is a scam. Four going 5 months since I ordered from them and have not received anything from them. Ask for refund and nothing. Before you buy from them be sure you have loss cash that if spend , won’t bother you, because you won’t get anything from them. Everything about this company is a lie. Do not waste your money on this scam.

BEWARE / SCAM - DO NOT BUY I have placed an order 2 weeks ago, their website claimed they ship in 3 to 5 days ....as of today my order is not even scheduled for shipping. No customer service phone, no address, it's all through email and they don't even bother to answer. if you post anything on social media they delete it. The only way is to flood the comments to their advertising so at least people can see it. I will report it as a fraud on my credit card even if I have to change the card.

Do not order from this company!! They are a scam! Their customer service does not answer emails and the preorders are a complete scam. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the company and they do not respond! I have submitted a claim to my bank to get my money back! I will never order from this company again, nor would I recommend to anyone.

My order was suppose to ship 10/25...no respond to emails. Delete comments on Facebook when asked about orders, how they can delete my comments but not email, and asked questions why they promote mental health when they are causing people anxiety and anger. Job well done. NOT

They scammed me
They stole my money won't return my emails or refund me or send my two sweatshirts I bought!!!!
I am having the same problem. I purchased 8 items from them. Said they were to ship on 11/05/24. Sent them an email on the 11th, received an auto reply that states it will take a week to respond. Been 9 days. Still no response. No refunds, except store credit. They can't even send me my original order, why would I want to place another one! Seems to me that the company can't produce enough product to fill orders, so maybe they should stop accepting orders.

DO NOT BUY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I PRE-ORDERED AND THEY WILL NOT SEND MY ITEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND I LEFT 20 MESSAGES. THEY USE YOUR MONEY TO BUY INVENTORY THAN WHEN IT COMES IN THEY SELL IT AGAIN TO A NEW BUYER! I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER AND BBB THATS WHY THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER.
If you do contact a lawyer there address of 70 greybarn lane, Amityville NY, so there using this address and it’s actually a bed and breakfast business, this is the address that the bbb has for them, they are based out of Miami Florida, but don’t actually give a address, so if you have contacted a lawyer there lying badly.

Ordered in September to receive it by November 2nd. Obviously I have not received it and have not received a response from my email inquiry. The auto response indicated they don’t have any phones, and they respond to emails on a first come, first served basis…unless you send more than one email and your request may be delayed/canceled???? Definitely experiencing issues and can’t figure out how they have such great reviews.

I’m giving it a two right now because I haven’t received what I ordered yet. I ordered in August and was promised an October ship date. Nothing. I’ve emailed them and have had no response. Thank goodness I’m not out more than $60. However I may be contacting the BBB.

I have been trying to find a list of materials used to make the fabric in Comfrt clothing, but I can’t find ANYTHING! It’s really frustrating as someone with sensitive skin to certain fabrics. That should be public information. I tried to contact customer support, but nothing. To anyone who owns a piece of clothing from Comfrt: can you please look at the tag and reply with the materials? Pre-Orders Are A SCAM
I have bought from the brand regularly before, but before you preorder please please please look at reddit and consider this comment. THEY WILL NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AFTER THE PREORDER SHIP DATE. Seriously I don’t think any of the preorders have been received. Do not do it. It is a complete scam.

Love this!! I have a few colors now and my favorite is bark, it goes with everything. So comfy and cozy. I love me an oversized hoodie and this one is perfect. I can through my hood up and hide if I feel like it. Love, love, love it! Can’t say enough good things. Fits true to size. I bought a large for a little more room and it was the perfect fit for what I wanted. Get the set! It’s so worth it. Paired with the bottoms makes the best cozy outfit!

I placed 2 orders in the beginning of August, were supposed to ship beginning of October still have not shipped, emailed customer service no response. Crickets Crickets. I am not forced to file a chargeback

I can't rate the material itself. What I can rate is that I have ordered 4 hoodies and 2 set of hoodies and sweat pants. I never recived my first hoodie worth 75 dollars. I have communicated with via email. But yet nothing has been done. Now I placed the order for a December 19th delivery. Which they say in an email that it won't be delivered til Jan 18th. This company product is not worth the headache. I just hope I get my items all my items even the black hoddie worth 75 dollars by Christmas. If not this company real blows.

Horrible Customer Service
Save your money. You can fi d oversized cozy sweats at Target. The customer service is sketchy. No reasonable contact with an actual person. The one email I did receive was snarky and unwarranted. I cancelled my order IMMEDIATELY after ordering the product. I emailed to cancel the order and received a return 3 days later explaining rhat all orders are shipped within 2 hours after receiving the order... which is strange because it took 2 weeks to arrive. I returned the items the day I received them- packages unopened.... they charged me 35 dollars for of the return of the items.. A return shipping charge that was included with the original shipping of the product (why charge a customer to return product if the product is that wonderful). No refund... I received a credit to their store- a product I don't want and will not use ...but only 75% of original cost.

Worst experience ever! I pre ordered a set way back in Aug. I have been waiting months for my sweats to ship. The ship date was supposed to be 10/23. We'll that date came and went and nothing. I have tried to reach out to their customer service and they never respond. I guess I will give it a few more days but then I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The whole ordeal has caused me way too much stress!

Disappointed
The worse experience I ever had ! I’m still waiting on my order that was supposed to be shipped on 10/23 and it was shipped separately, so my hoodie eta delivery is on 11/6. Also the worse costumer service, barely ever answers emails and it takes forever to even receive any reply. I do not recommend. Way too many similar companies out there to be dealing with this.
