What did the lawyer say? I'm having issues, I did get my order but the customer service girl Kristen is so abusive, just today she was abusive to me. 

If you do contact a lawyer there address of 70 greybarn lane, Amityville NY, so there using this address and it’s actually a bed and breakfast business, this is the address that the bbb has for them, they are based out of Miami Florida, but don’t actually give a address, so if you have contacted a lawyer there lying badly. 

I also contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint - and within a week I had a refund for 14 items - Christmas gifts I ordered in July for an 10/4/2024 ship date.  I was suspicious of this company THE MOMENT they did a July withdrawal. Other companies will charge the card on the date it is processed/shipped. I agree... they use the money and then never intend to ship... but instead delay and ignore all attempts to reach them. They have soooo many positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE. I hope you get your money back, too!

DO NOT BUY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I PRE-ORDERED AND THEY WILL NOT SEND MY ITEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND I LEFT 20 MESSAGES. THEY USE YOUR MONEY TO BUY INVENTORY THAN WHEN IT COMES IN THEY SELL IT AGAIN TO A NEW BUYER! I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER AND BBB THATS WHY THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. 

First and foremost this review is not to be vindictive at all. This is my honest and open review. 

I want to share my personal experience from being a brand Ambassador off and on from 2024-2026 for brand COMFRT LLC. 

This is just my experience, and I have documentation to support everything I am saying. I created content, promoted their products, and used my affiliate link as required, I recently was removed from the program and told I violated guidelines, also blindly blocked from all social media - but I was never given any specific reasons, even asking several times. 

In the past, I also received messages from a customer service representative that I personally found unprofessional, deceitful, and uncomfortable. I have screenshots and prints of ALL of the interactions. 

After my recent removal, I was told that my commissions were forfeited, I asked for clarification on what guideline I violated, but I did not receive a response. 

As someone who works in the medical field, I wasn’t always able to attend last-minute zoom calls due to my responsibilities with patients, but I did my best to follow all expectations that were communicated to me.

Im sharing this so others who are thinking of becoming part of content creating, can be aware and make informed decisions before joining certain ambassador programs. 

I highly recommend, you do deep research of the company you’ll be representing, ask the hard questions and really pay attention to the details. If it doesn’t feel right inside, ask yourself if it’s right for you, or if you’d want that done to you or a loved one, really pay attention to those reviews, beware of the reviews that sound repetitive in nature, also make sure there are no lawsuits against that said company. These are just some of my tips I have learned from representing several companies. 

As far as there products go, I own several sets, most are very nice quality, I never had a issue with delivery rather it be from there actual website or TikTok shop, and my orders always came within reason, other then pre-orders… I do not recommend pre ordering, it can be very delayed. The cloud sets, I do love these sets but they lint horrible, The zip up is large very large so size down at least 2 sizes, I am a extra large and I could of got away with a medium. I do see a lot of complaints with those specific sets. So yes they lint, no matter what you do with your laundry, and there very large in the zip ups, bottoms are true to size

The con of this company are there return policy, they will not return for money, it will be abrasive in communication, they give store credit, and that it determined on rather the product is on sale. So if you bought something for $40 and it goes on sale $30, you’ll get $ 30 in store credit and not what you paid for. They have one source of customer service and it’s email only…. There also a remote company, so, thats why its email only. Like many companies are know. So a response can be a lengthy wait time, or even if you get a response at all. 

They do state that they promote mental health advocacy, however from my personal experience, I would have to say this is not the impression I personally got from this company, I am someone who works with clients who suffer mental illness, and I suffer myself also, and I did not feel well mentally from how I was treated. Again my own personal experience, like I said I’m not a vindictive person, they have a great product, but have room to improve, with customer service and treatment of customers etc. 


  

I love love loveee this dreamer blanket it is quite literally the best blanket I have ever owned in my life and I cannot wait to buy more in the near future ! Very nice quality and super soft! And bonus points for it being Aesthetic 😆

I love this set! The bundle is super cozy, really warm, and fits perfectly. The fabric is great quality and feels soft and durable. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Stepping on being the cola trigger it is so comfy and so worth it I bought more right after I'd recommend! My friends have been trying to get me to get one and I've just happened if we did and I found it and now we're going to recommending it to a bunch of friends with family! I love that each one comes with an affirmation card! It's so cute!

This is such an amazingly soft blanket! It has a little bit of weight so it stays in place. It does bring comfort to our home. 

Extremely soft, comfortable and cute! Easy to wash and stays super comfy after wash! Love travel in it and perfect for early morning and late evening walks. Feels like you wrapped in the blanket! My kids love it too!

The best hoodie and track pants ever when I found out they shipped to Australia 🇦🇺 I placed an order immediately they have lovely customer service 10/10 would recommend 

I have a couple of comfort outfits and when I saw they came out with blind boxes I had to get one for myself. The delivery was so fast as well. I ended up getting the navy blue comfort hoodie plush teddy bear keychain. I am so obsessed with it. I can’t wait to collect more. 

I am 5'8 and 130 pounds and the Kid XL fits PERFECT! I am so inlove with this comfort hoodie. I was hesistant about purchasing because of the price but Comfrt gave me such a good discount code and even provided fast day shipping! I ordered on Saturday, got the hoodie on Tuesday! I LOVE my hoodie. THANK YOU COMFRT. 

Love the comfort of these, i got the small and they fit perfect. Great for mixing and matching and to dress up or down. Thickness is good and keeps you warm. I worked in them doing massage therapy all day and had no complaints! Love them

I love these pants! They are so comfy, breathable & fit great. The material is thick enough to be warm and cozy but also breathable enough to wear and be comfy on a summer night. I am so excited to lounge in these babies! 

Best hoodie ever! I bought 3 so far and never want to take them off. My best friend bought 6!! I also bought 3 pairs of sweatpants as well. They’re super comfy, great quality, and look great! And they come in so many colors!!

Honestly one of the most comfortable blankets I have. Got it as a gift today as a gift came home to relax ended up passing out with it for 3 hours so can confidently confirm it’s comfortable kinda stretchy too I love it. 

Love these sweatpants! I’m not the biggest fan of joggers because they’re always too long and bunch up over the cuff. But the Large in kids fits perfectly for someone who is 5’0 & 115 lbs. definitely recommend! So soft and comfortable, and the print is the cutest!

~ NO COMFRT IN SIZE… be prepared to guess what size you need as the items are unisex 

~NO COMFRT IN REFUND, once they have your money if you are not satisfied with the item there is no cash refund even if they don’t have your size and/or even if their sets do not match to be the same color.

~ I ordered a steel grey set and the pant/shirts were amazingly off. When reported to the company and showing pictures I was still FORCED to order something else no refund.

I ordered a yellow hoodie, BUYER BE WARE… the cotton rubs off all over your shirt and whomever is next to you. Even after washing it. Very poorly made..

I ordered a large brown long sleeve shirt it was huge, I requested for a return for a small size in the same item. There were no smaller sizes… Again after reaching out for a refund I was advised I still did not qualify for a refund even if they didn’t have the item. 

So cute on my furbaby and I love matchinv with her. My mental health is important to me and there are days I struggle. Comfrt hoodies and sweats truly soothes my anxiety. The hood is oversized and very comforting to have on to block out the extra visual noise. The pet hoodie is a nice weight and helps my anxious dog.
