They scammed me

They stole my money won't return my emails or refund me or send my two sweatshirts I bought!!!!

I am having the same problem. I purchased 8 items from them. Said they were to ship on 11/05/24. Sent them an email on the 11th, received an auto reply that states it will take a week to respond. Been 9 days. Still no response. No refunds, except store credit. They can't even send me my original order, why would I want to place another one! Seems to me that the company can't produce enough product to fill orders, so maybe they should stop accepting orders.

The same thing happened to me. I know they gave me a false tracking number. On the day that it was delivered I watched my cameras the whole day and there was never a delivery. When I request a refund they wanted to only send 60% of my money. E-mailing for over a week back and forth then wanted me to agree on 90% of my money. Second week of back and forth and now saying it will take up to 25 working days to get my full refund.

HEY, KIMBERLY - GO TO THE BBB AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. You will need screen shots of your correspondence - or attempts at corresponding. I got a refund in about a week... They seem to respond to the BBB letter. Make sure to also leave a BBB review. People see the beautiful items... read the ads and believe the 4 star reviews. I've learned: look at AND BELIEVE the 1 star reviews.

If you go and put something in you're cart they will send you a text message saying hey it looks like you left something behind. I responded that I'm not spending another dime until I get an update on my pre order or it arrives. I got a response with my order number saying it will be shipped today. Will see if that actually happens. This is one way of speaking to someone regarding you're order since they don't reply to emails and have no number listed. You can dispute the charges with you're bank.

Kind of feeling the same way! Placed a preorder that was supposed to be here in October. First excuse was shipping was late due to the hurricanes, okay I can understand. Then they said it shipped a week ago but on the day it was supposed to be delivered I was notified that it was lost in the warehouse. Customer service has been slow to let me know what’s going on and I still don’t even know if I will be getting a replacement or a refund

Also adding that there are so many comments experiencing the same issue that now I’m not feeling very hopeful about this company at all!
