I’m giving it a two right now because I haven’t received what I ordered yet. I ordered in August and was promised an October ship date. Nothing. I’ve emailed them and have had no response. Thank goodness I’m not out more than $60. However I may be contacting the BBB.

Love this!! I have a few colors now and my favorite is bark, it goes with everything. So comfy and cozy. I love me an oversized hoodie and this one is perfect. I can through my hood up and hide if I feel like it. Love, love, love it! Can’t say enough good things. Fits true to size. I bought a large for a little more room and it was the perfect fit for what I wanted. Get the set! It’s so worth it. Paired with the bottoms makes the best cozy outfit!

I placed 2 orders in the beginning of August, were supposed to ship beginning of October still have not shipped, emailed customer service no response. Crickets Crickets. I am not forced to file a chargeback

I can't rate the material itself. What I can rate is that I have ordered 4 hoodies and 2 set of hoodies and sweat pants. I never recived my first hoodie worth 75 dollars. I have communicated with via email. But yet nothing has been done. Now I placed the order for a December 19th delivery. Which they say in an email that it won't be delivered til Jan 18th. This company product is not worth the headache. I just hope I get my items all my items even the black hoddie worth 75 dollars by Christmas. If not this company real blows.

Worst experience ever! I pre ordered a set way back in Aug. I have been waiting months for my sweats to ship. The ship date was supposed to be 10/23. We'll that date came and went and nothing. I have tried to reach out to their customer service and they never respond. I guess I will give it a few more days but then I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The whole ordeal has caused me way too much stress!

Bought a pre-order item. I was not happy with the amount of no feedback I was getting through email but I have to say texting customer service has been very beneficial. I pre-ordered an item and I haven't gotten any update as to when my item would be shipped and they were very helpful.

COMFRT is incredible! I absolutely love this collection—the quality, the fit, everything is exceptional and so well-made. As a bigger guy who’s often particular about fit and quality, I can honestly say COMFRT is the best I’ve ever had!

Comfrt is the only clothing brand I purchase from now. The customer service is absolutely incredible and they are very responsive and helpful. All of their products are made with such high-quality and very thoroughly thought through to help with my anxiety and stress. I love that whenever I buy something from Comfrt they donate a percentage of that to mental health charities. This clothing company is doing absolutely everything right and anybody who says anything else is just wrong. This company deserves an award.

Obsessed with Comfrt! They have the most beautiful colors, a nice range of collections and I love how soft and cozy they are. I also love how big the neckline and hood is! I wear makeup so I love I never have to worry about getting makeup on my neckline! Plus I love that they slightly weighted and they have pockets!!! Best hoodie ever!! I live in my Comfrt sets! 🤍

Its a wonderful product, I placed 3 orders. Terrible customer service & retrun/refund policy. They only give you store credit or exchange. Also, when checking out with paypal, the 30% discount code disappeared, so it charged me full price, when I contacted them, they refused to credit me the amount the order was supposed to be. I will not be ordering again from them, even though they do sell a nice product. Not being able to get a refund is ridiculous.

I put in for pre-order 2 months ago. They won't respond to the auto response email and no updates on my prepaid order. Never again!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst company I have ever ordered from! They are so unprofessional and cant even answer a email regarding an order. I ordered two sweatshirts and two sweatpants a MONTH AGO and still haven't received my order nor a response from their support team! I even tried reaching out on Instagram and they keep saying they are "Looking into it and will have an answer by the end of the day." - False! They still haven't given me an update regarding my order and when I asked for a refund they said wow you are persistent. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Moral of the story DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Preordered a sweatshirt for my daughter after she saw it on TikTok. This was my first mistake. They target young people with their fun ads. It was ordered July 13 and set to ship Sept 2. When i have not received anything by Sept 10 I wrote them. They did respond with a generic message that it was actually Sept 20 Now. I wrote again on October 10 when I still had not seen any shipping receipt or the product. We are now at October 21 and I have no response and no real way to contact them as they do not have a phone number to call. Beware when buying. Full price sales may be different but even on sale and preorder it was still a $40 sweatshirt.

Pre-ordered in July to ship 10/4. Still has not shipped nor will they answer my email for an update. Product may be good but communication/customer service is lacking.
