Cometeer Coffee Reviews

Best of Thingtesting4.3

Cometeer Coffee earns strong reviews for delivering cafe-level, smooth, fresh-tasting brews—especially iced—through flash‑frozen pods and partnerships with roasters like Counter Culture, Onyx, and George Howell, making high-quality coffee fast and foolproof. Reviews also flag real drawbacks: excess packaging and freezer bulk, limited customization, occasional bitter or too-strong cups, and a subscription model and operational missteps that frustrate some users.

  • I really enjoy Cometeer’s coffee—the product itself is convenient, tastes great, and is something I genuinely want to keep ordering. Unfortunately, the customer experience has been extremely frustrating. The app does not accurately update or reflect my upcoming boxes, which makes managing my subscription much more difficult than it should be. Even more disappointing is the customer service. Cometeer states that they respond within one business day, but that has not been my experience. Getting help with an order or subscription issue can take days, with very limited communication along the way. I also discovered the hard way that Cometeer contracts out its delivery service, which can create a major problem if you live somewhere with restricted access, such as a military installation. My order could not be delivered to my home on base, and I spent about a week waiting and trying to get the issue resolved with very limited customer support. There should be a clear warning before ordering if their delivery provider cannot access certain addresses. Instead, I had to find out only after my coffee failed to arrive. As an active-duty military household living on base, the experience was especially disappointing. It felt like we were being penalized simply because of where military service requires us to live. At a minimum, customers with military-base addresses should be notified upfront about potential delivery restrictions rather than accepting the order and leaving the customer to deal with the problem afterward. For a subscription-based service, a reliable app, dependable delivery, and responsive customer support are incredibly important. It’s frustrating to genuinely like the product, but have everything surrounding it have me cancel my subscription. The coffee is great; unfortunately, the customer experience has not been.

  • My trusty Nespresso died and I’ve been trying to find a way around a new one for the time being. I am thrilled with the variety, taste, and convenience of Cometeer! They don’t take up much space in my freezer either, which I appreciate. I put the capsules in recycling after use and appreciate the aluminum construction.

  • THIS IS A MUST TEST. Cometeer is simply genius. Cold-brewed coffee loses half the flavor as hot brewed, and these puppies have all the bold flavor of a true cup of coffee in the most convenient way possible. These are nitro frozen and don't touch oxygen until opened... pour in a cup with ice and milk or whatever you want and BOOM -- Coffee shop equivalent coffee. About 150mg of caffeine and it gets you GOING! They even partner with your favorite local coffee shops... it's seriously the easiest and best tasting thing out there... Skips the whole Keuric process of water & heating and is so simple.

  • I started ordering Cometeer to try it out and I have kept reordering! The coffee is high quality and I like that it comes from brands I know. The packaging is sleek and the pods are recyclable. It's really been the easiest way to quickly make coffee before a meeting. It's also just cool.

I wish there as better communication around reordering. I would love texts vs. emails because if a box is coming and I'm not around it's not ideal since the product is frozen.
