It comes across as innovative and a new way to do everyday coffee, but it's not "cool" enough to beat my regular pot of coffee at home. I could see it being more beneficial for those who like a strong ice coffee, but honestly seems like a lot of waste even though the capsule are recyclable. There was really nothing mindblowing about this coffee and I'd rather invest in other coffee appliances to make an assortment of different drinks. 

I’m obsessed! So easy and delicious. I love an ice coffee and the flavor is intense so you only need one cube. I wish there were more in the package. A little expensive but worth it.

This is so much better than you think and I'm a coffee snob. I had George Howell's Alchemy in this format and I could not tell the difference between what I made versus what I make on my high quality Technivorm with Baratza setup.

My family is a big fan of James Hoffman on YouTube and while I didn't get a chance to do the taste test he did recently, I love the idea. 

I tried a variety of Cometeer's coffees in 2023 and I could never get into them. I always found the taste to be extremely bitter, and could never get the water/coffee pod ratio right. It can also be very difficult to get the coffee out of the pod when you pull it out of the freezer. 

Cometeer is perfect for my lifestyle, but I don't know if it's for everybody. I love iced coffee and my partner loves hot coffee, so the subscription works well for us. We also live in an apartment with a small kitchen so don't have the room (or real need) for a big coffee set up. The coffee tastes good and is strong. I haven't tried to make any other drinks other than hot and cold plain coffee.  I've had some issues with the tracking on the new subscriptions not being correct, but otherwise no complaints. Would love different special edition coffee flavors.

I've tried and liked Cometeer pods. The only thing is they are so expensive!

THIS IS A MUST TEST. Cometeer is simply genius. Cold-brewed coffee loses half the flavor as hot brewed, and these puppies have all the bold flavor of a true cup of coffee in the most convenient way possible. These are nitro frozen and don't touch oxygen until opened... pour in a cup with ice and milk or whatever you want and BOOM -- Coffee shop equivalent coffee. About 150mg of caffeine and it gets you GOING! They even partner with your favorite local coffee shops... it's seriously the easiest and best tasting thing out there... Skips the whole Keuric process of water & heating and is so simple.

I wish there as better communication around reordering. I would love texts vs. emails because if a box is coming and I'm not around it's not ideal since the product is frozen. 

I started ordering Cometeer to try it out and I have kept reordering! The coffee is high quality and I like that it comes from brands I know. The packaging is sleek and the pods are recyclable. It's really been the easiest way to quickly make coffee before a meeting. It's also just cool. 

The subscription nature means that if you go out of town and forget about your subscription, you have a box of melted coffee waiting on your doorstep when you get home. I found it a little frustrating to get way more coffee than I had freezer space for. I ended up giving a lot away. If you do dare venture into subscription land, I hope you are better at managing your subscriptions and your calendar and your freezer real estate than I was.

I'm not a hot coffee gal, but Cometeer has got me changing teams a bit. Brilliant concept, easy user experience, good taste. I keep them in the freezer for guests and it's a fun conversation starter.

Don't take me wrong - I think Cometeer is an innovative company, and every pod of Cometeer I've had has been a great cup of coffee. BUT. I have to say that if you already have a smooth coffee setup at home (in my case, a Moccamaster + amazing coffee from a local coffee shop) I don't see the point in switching over to Cometeer. It's a ton of extra and unnecessary packaging (aluminum tins and cardboard packaging vs just a compostable Moccamaster filter). And the price tag is insane IMO. My Cometeer pods ended up being convenient backup pods in the freezer for the odd day when we had run out of our normal coffee. So for that I guess I'll give it a couple extra points.
