Love this brand and COACHTOPIA 2

I've consistently gotten amazing gifts from family members from Coach and the brand has really been on their A-game lately. I got a Peanuts x Coach collab wristlet with Woodstock on it (my favorite) and it's my go-to wallet! So cute and perfect for gifts.

Have used their products from Bags to card cases to small purses. Very good price and quality they provide and especially when you go to outlets you get a nice deal. In the recent years I have been finding more minimalistic designs in their line ups which I like.

I love my bag and earrings but the price tag vs the quality is just not there.

Huge selection of handbags that are made with quality material that will last the test of time. Rating a little lower because I wish they had more items without their logo/brand.

I've got a Coach handbag that I love & works great, but I have to complain about the heels. I cannot possibly stand a whole day wearing them even after I've broken them in. I want shoes that are going to feel comfortable for the entire time that I'm wearing them, not just for the first hour or so. If you're buying a bag, I say go for it, but the shoes are not worth the pain.

Their collabs are always really thoughtful, and the coach pieces I have always last long and look beautiful. They're a brand I consistently come back to for gifting, and for myself!

coach has changed pretty dramatically over the last few years, and definitely for the better. i feel like they have more fun designs and colors, and it works! i purchased a wool scarf with a color block pattern that was pink, yellow, ivory, and brown at an outlet store for only $90. the quality is incredible and the scarf is warm. their leather products that i’ve had since 2010 have also held up incredibly well considering how well used they are.

Coach has always been my mom's brand of choice so I grew up around their modern bags. I've since fallen in love with their brand identity and collect vintage coach bags. I've never had any issues with them and some of the bags are easily twenty-plus years old. Coach also offers free maintenance and care services for their bags, which I recently took advantage of and appreciated, especially since I had not proof of purchase to provide.

My 25 yr daughter is now carrying the coach bag I was using the day she was born. It is still in style, and still looks great, the leather is soft and supple. ( it does get regular cleaning and oiling) Coach bags last forever with care, stay in style. I can't imagine a better investment. I will always carry a coach bag- I have one in black, red, and white. They go with every outfit. Now I'm buying my son's fiance her first coach bag and wallet in her favorite shade of blue. Coach never goes out of style.

I had ordered bag from online last year December 2023. It supposed to arrived at January 10 2024 but till January 25 it didn’t arrived so I emailed them. They told parcel has been lost so I asked them to refund. Till now it’s 13/03/2024 I didn’t get my refund. Whenever I emailed them about my refund they keep saying end of this week but I don’t know which end of the week they were talking about. This is so ridiculous. I will never buy coach brand now this costumer service is shit. I think I need to go through legal action now. Already crossed my limit can’t tolerate this anymore. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
