I've consistently gotten amazing gifts from family members from Coach and the brand has really been on their A-game lately. I got a Peanuts x Coach collab wristlet with Woodstock on it (my favorite) and it's my go-to wallet! So cute and perfect for gifts.

I "borrowed' two shoulder bags from my mom that I love! I'm pretty sure they were made in the 90s and they still look great!

Huge selection of handbags that are made with quality material that will last the test of time. Rating a little lower because I wish they had more items without their logo/brand. 

I had ordered bag from online last year December 2023. It supposed to arrived at January 10  2024 but till January 25 it didn’t arrived so I emailed them. They told parcel has been lost so I asked them to refund. Till now it’s 13/03/2024 I didn’t get my refund. Whenever I emailed them about my refund they keep saying end of this week but I don’t know which end of the week they were talking about. This is so ridiculous. I will never buy coach brand now this costumer service is shit. I think I need to go through legal action now. Already crossed my limit can’t tolerate this anymore. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I wanted the Tea Rose with Snakeskin Detail Coach purse for years.  I had purchased several lower end Coach purses from the outlet store with no issues.  After one year the removable handles were frayed.  When I checked with Lauren, at the Domain last night, I was told that I needed to pay $162 to repair what never should have frayed.  She told me if I cut the frayed strings that it would just get worse.  When I pay over a thousand dollars for a purse, I expect a brand to stand by their product.  My good friend messed up her Gucci and dropped it off free of charge for them to repair it.  I was about to buy Coach glasses today am no longer purchasing the Coach brand.  Guess I am going to use the Snakeskin handles until I find a non Coach replacement.  

I love the Coach line; however, I wish they had more products for men. 

I love Coach. I have at least 10 purses (at least two were birthday gifts) and two wallets, one of which I use as a phone case. They are versatile, well-made, and very attractive. I always checkout the Coach store when I traveling to look for new colors or designs. I'm looking for a kelly green satchel for years but it has always alluded me. LOL However, I've happily made due with gorgeous bags in teal, black, orange, pink, black with roses, and their classic CC design in black/grey and brown/tan.
