I like this brand because it makes getting pet supplies fast and easy. I don't use it too often, but they never disappoint me when I do use them. They offer a pretty large selection as well.

Having 2 dogs, I am a huge fan of Chewy!!!! They are the amazon of all things pet - meaning they have everything you could ever need, more brands than any pet store, quick and easy shipping, and amazing customer service! They even offer prescription services and a great integration which obtains approval from your pet’s vet for any medication that needing a vet prescription (ex: heartworm medication). The system automatically contacts the vet for you once you order (or auto ship order) the meds!

On top of that, they offer everything at reasonable prices with regular discounts available. 

We love the auto ship option for dog food so we never have to remember to go buy it last minute. It really is a life saver - you can get even choose the frequency of shipping so it’s specific to you & your animal. Not only that, but you can choose a specific auto ship frequency for each item you buy - so for dog food we get it every month while we get their heartworm, flea, & tick meds every 6 months!

Lastly, their customer service is one of the best!!!! If a package gets lost or stolen, Chewy is so understanding and helpful.

The best thing to ever happen for a busy pet mom. Sometimes I can't physically haul dog and cat food and litter. Having all three come right to my door is a game changer. 

Chewy has hands-down the BEST customer service. When I first got my puppy I had a bunch of questions and live-chatted them and not only were they so helpful, the following week I received a hand-written note welcoming Roo home with a Chewy ball. Their customer service is so easy to get in touch with, their products are great, and the pricing and deals are always great as well. Love their toy selection and the fact that I can easily order my dog's prescriptions on here!

Chewy has competitive deals against other companies. Their customer service is top tier I have never experienced anything like it. My dog's medicine is auto-shipped every month so I never have to worry about forgetting to order it.

Love Chewy! I order my dog food from this company and it really saves me! They always have great discounts which save me a ton of money. I used to get dog food from the grocery store but it was always so expensive and they never had the really big bags. So this company has been incredibly helpful!

I love love love chewy.   Twice fedex has screwed up my delivery..  I called chewy and they were on it and fixed the problem. Ad by on it I mean I got an email back within an hour.  Love this company

Chewy canceled my order just because they didn't like that I used the promotion code they sent me on email! I spent two days emailing them and finally bought the dog's food in another shop. I will never return to them, and will talk about these greedy people to all my friends. Choose another seller, these guys are just awful, don't trust them, your pets will never receive what they need. Customer service also didn't help. Just AWFUL.

Chewy has a user-friendly website, excellent and timely shipping, and a wide selection of products for all kinds of animals. 

I called the support line tonight about trying to get the Vetsulin shipment rushed.  They gave me a song and dance as usual.  First, they said that I don’t have a prescription on file.  The email below shows I do have a prescription on file.  Then they said the order is on hold until I can call my vet.  Why do I need to call my vet when y’all have the prescription?  Also, if I needed to call my vet, why didn’t someone call me to let me know?  Instead, I have to find out last minute when my order was placed more than two weeks ago.

After this conversation, I canceled my Vetsulin auto ship account.  Trying to get the Vetsulin from Chewy is a royal pain in the ass.  It’s not like I’m ordering a toy or a treat.  My dog is diabetic and needs the Vetsulin.  I get the feeling that his need for his medicine is the last thing that Chewy personnel care about.  I’m going to find another place to get the Vetsulin.  Hopefully, they will care more about the needs of the patients.

my dogs, love their chewy box. Filled with great treats, toys and even medication’s when needed  They also have a fabulous customer service and I’ve never had a problem with shipping.  

It’s a little expensive. I like the variety of pet stuff though. My cat loved this toys and treats. Wouldn’t get this all the time, maybe just holidays

My cat’s name is Link and a few months ago for national video game day, Chewy sent me a painting of my cat out of nowhere just because of his name! Their products and quick shipping is great also. I love their emphasis on pets being part of the family. 

Chewy is an amazing company. Their customer serve is unmatchable. Products are great and the free two day shipping is also great. One time I wrote a review saying a pet carrier was good quality but kept collapsing on my dog and he didn’t like it. I didn’t try to return it bc it was still good quality but they actually saw my review, emailed me, and said they already refunded my money and are also happy to ship out a different one with free shipping! They also randomly sent me this painting of my dog!! Seriously what company cares so much?? Love chewy!!!
