The product is fine. The customer service is insulting. They delay shipping without notice.  For a product we pay to have delivered every three months, these crooks try to make it every four months almost every time. Evil, rotten, greedy company.

The process to get the night guard was super easy and it only took about a week to get the night guard after sending in my impressions. The night guard fits great and is much comfier than any guard that I have used in the past!

This was a weird one! I mailed my impressions back but they got lost in the mail and when I reached out it was definitely bots emailing me back as they did not understand AT ALL what I was asking and I never got a refund.

My first set of impressions weren’t done properly so I was sent another kit. I sent in the second impressions and after not hearing anything from Cheeky for a month or so, I emailed them and was told that my impressions must have been lost in the mail. 
I asked for a refund and they said they could do that. This was 3 months ago and still no refund. 
I’ve sent many more e-mails asking for updates but Cheeky doesn’t respond!
I would not recommend this product to anyone. My dentist and the hygienists were horrified when I told them that I was waiting on a night guard from Cheeky as it’s a known scam in the dental care world.

Anything that can be done to not make dealing with customer service an absolute nightmare 

Update: I left this review a year ago and, honestly, I’ve had no issues since then. Every few months I get a new guard in the mail. I saw a below review say they don’t send it every 3 months but you only get charged when they send it so I don’t mind if it’s not 3 months on the dot, I really don’t keep track. I had a chipped tooth fixed and they sent me a new impression kit for free, it was really nice of them. I guess I like Cheeky now!

I’ve been using cheeky for 2+ years now and the product itself is good. However, customer service is horrible. Every single thing requires multiple emails and errors. I should probably cancel, it’s really not worth the headache. 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The trays in the box didn't fit so they said they'd send me smaller trays. After many emails, I never received them. I returned the box with their label on it and again after many emails they tell me it looks like it got lost and they're sending ME a new package. I don't want it, I want my money back!!

Still waiting since order 11/27 . Customer service gives the run around 

I ordered on 11/27 . I send a message on 12/3  had not even received shipping info . I was told it would ship . It’s now 12/16 and still not received . I do have tracking and it’s been en route for 3 days . Horrible customer service . No one can seem to answer my questions . As to why the delay . I ordered from a different company on 12/14 (Remi) they sent me tracking and estimated deliver of 12/17. Let’s see how difficult it is to return ( if I ever get my order ) from Cheeky . Very disappointed 

Order fulfillment is a nightmare. I haven't had a single successful transaction. 

I really want to like this. When you can finally get your hands on a correct mouth guard, it's great. Support is always polite and tries to help, but there has to be something deeply disorganized here. I ordered upper and lower guards about a year ago. They took a while to arrive, but hey, they're custom. The upper didn't fit, so I reached out. They suggested I try a couple things- no dice. It was just too tight and hurt to wear. Hot water didn't help. So I reached back out and they sent a new kit. It took a while, but finally arrived. I did the impressions (all went well) and sent them back. And I heard nothing. So I reached out again. And support told me that the kit much have been lost, and that they'd send me a new impression kit and continue to look for that one. But, instead of an impression kit, I then receive a whole new set of both the original upper and lower guards. So I email again, and explain that I still can't use this upper - it was made from the original bad impression, which they verified and confirmed. So they send out an actual impression kit this time. Again, it takes a while but kit #3 arrives to redo the uppers only for the 2nd time. This time, I get one decent impression and then the second set of putty hardens almost immediately upon mixing; I couldn't even get it onto my teeth. I send in the decent one and wait. Eventually, I get another upper in the mail, and it just isn't right again. Throughout this time, I've been using the lower successfully, so I decide to cut my losses. It's been well over 6 months at this point and you really only need to wear one at a time so I just use the lower and things are fine. A bit irritated that I paid for both and never did get a good upper, but oh well. I like the lower, so I change my subscription to lower only and eventually place an order for a replacement lower on that new sub. But when my quarterly replacement arrives, it's an upper! So I email again. They apologize, and I get an email right away that a new one is being processed. It takes 3ish weeks to arrive and... Drumroll... It's the exact same upper guard again. You can clearly see upper incisors and canines in the guard. At this point I'm getting worried that they're going to drop me as a customer, but I really do like the night guards and they're the most affordable custom option on the market. I just really want my lower guard! The fact that I still want to be a customer after this whole saga should vouch for the quality of the guards. 

The shame is that the product itself works great! lasts long, and overall offers a good quality product without the loops of going to the dentist/ortho. But the issues that come up are just very frustrating, especially when there seems to be no information, solution, or communication. Cheeky team please do not reply to this with an automated message — I already dealt with Sarah (sounds like same Sarah from another review below). 

All the negative reviews sound about right. I used Cheeky for the first time back in 2020 (before COVID), and it was a pain back then to get the order correctly. I never ended up receiving any of my subscription retainers, ultimately having to cancel. I didn't think much of it because it was 2020 but do remember how the customer service didn't even apologize or give an explanation they just went ahead and cancelled my subscription without even replying to my email—I figured times were weird back then, but I've now been dealing with them for about two months this year. trying to get new retainers, and customer service has been even worse than before, and I still have not idea when I'll be receiving my retainers. I think if the process is delayed any further I'd rather just cancel and save myself the trouble. 

Would be great if there weren't long periods of waiting on my "scheduled" replacement mouthguard.

I've been a Cheeky subscriber for over a year now, and it's been an overall okay experience. The product works well (snug, comfortable fit on my teeth) but the service/logistics are very poor. Long delays in shipping and confusing instructions for setup.
