  • I absolutely loved the experience with Cheeky. The process to get the night guard was super easy and it only took about a week to get the night guard after sending in my impressions. The night guard fits great and is much comfier than any guard that I have used in the past! Strongly recommend to any teeth grinders!

  • The product is fine. The customer service is insulting. They delay shipping without notice. For a product we pay to have delivered every three months, these crooks try to make it every four months almost every time. Evil, rotten, greedy company.

  • I really want to like this. When you can finally get your hands on a correct mouth guard, it's great. Support is always polite and tries to help, but there has to be something deeply disorganized here. I ordered upper and lower guards about a year ago. They took a while to arrive, but hey, they're custom. The upper didn't fit, so I reached out. They suggested I try a couple things- no dice. It was just too tight and hurt to wear. Hot water didn't help. So I reached back out and they sent a new kit. It took a while, but finally arrived. I did the impressions (all went well) and sent them back. And I heard nothing. So I reached out again. And support told me that the kit much have been lost, and that they'd send me a new impression kit and continue to look for that one. But, instead of an impression kit, I then receive a whole new set of both the original upper and lower guards. So I email again, and explain that I still can't use this upper - it was made from the original bad impression, which they verified and confirmed. So they send out an actual impression kit this time. Again, it takes a while but kit #3 arrives to redo the uppers only for the 2nd time. This time, I get one decent impression and then the second set of putty hardens almost immediately upon mixing; I couldn't even get it onto my teeth. I send in the decent one and wait. Eventually, I get another upper in the mail, and it just isn't right again. Throughout this time, I've been using the lower successfully, so I decide to cut my losses. It's been well over 6 months at this point and you really only need to wear one at a time so I just use the lower and things are fine. A bit irritated that I paid for both and never did get a good upper, but oh well. I like the lower, so I change my subscription to lower only and eventually place an order for a replacement lower on that new sub. But when my quarterly replacement arrives, it's an upper! So I email again. They apologize, and I get an email right away that a new one is being processed. It takes 3ish weeks to arrive and... Drumroll... It's the exact same upper guard again. You can clearly see upper incisors and canines in the guard. At this point I'm getting worried that they're going to drop me as a customer, but I really do like the night guards and they're the most affordable custom option on the market. I just really want my lower guard! The fact that I still want to be a customer after this whole saga should vouch for the quality of the guards.

    Order fulfillment is a nightmare. I haven't had a single successful transaction.

  • I ordered on 11/27 . I send a message on 12/3 had not even received shipping info . I was told it would ship . It’s now 12/16 and still not received . I do have tracking and it’s been en route for 3 days . Horrible customer service . No one can seem to answer my questions . As to why the delay . I ordered from a different company on 12/14 (Remi) they sent me tracking and estimated deliver of 12/17. Let’s see how difficult it is to return ( if I ever get my order ) from Cheeky . Very disappointed

  • DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The trays in the box didn't fit so they said they'd send me smaller trays. After many emails, I never received them. I returned the box with their label on it and again after many emails they tell me it looks like it got lost and they're sending ME a new package. I don't want it, I want my money back!!

  • Awful experience. Took multiple emails and chasing this company down to get my nightguard! It took months. I kept getting the answer that it was being made, but website states quick turn around times - mine was MONTHS.

    Do not order with this company. Customer service is a nightmare, it’s impossible to speak with anyone above a regular CS, and product breaks within days. Then, if you want to try to get a replacement, they charge for new impressions, even when stated they had mine on file. Don’t walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

  • I’ve been using cheeky retainers for over a year now. They’re everything I was looking for: fast, reliable, comfortable and affordable. If you grind your teeth look no further.

  • I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. This literally saved me. I lost my retainer a few months ago and ordered a night guard from them. The service was outstanding from order to delivery, customer service answered all my queries and even followed up after I received my first one. The night guard fits perfectly, it's even more comfortable than the one I had from my dentist and I get a new clean one every 3 months!! I can't say enough good things.
