Chamberlain Coffee is appreciated for its flavorful cold brew, convenient coffee bags, and cute packaging. Some enjoy the strong coffee flavor and the brand's marketing strategy. However, there are concerns about the quality deterioration over time and the complicated subscription model. Some also find the coffee overpriced and not fresh enough for certain brewing methods.

  • They taste so goood they worth the money ❤️ And I love the package so much they are fun and eco friendly, I recommended for coffee lover ❤️✨

  • I've tried four different flavors of oat milk lattes from the brand. I really enjoyed all of them except for the salted caramel one. I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy that one to begin with, but I thought I might as well try it along with the others. My favorite of them is probably the vanilla one with the cinnamon bun one being second. The cinnamon bun one has a great cinnamon flavor without being overpowering. The coffees themselves are just sweet enough and creamy as well.

  • I have tried their standard and vanilla flavored matchas and they work for me! I’m not a matcha expert by any means, but I know I like ceremonial grade and fresh, and this delivers enough for me on both counts - especially for the price. They have good offers on subscriptions and other discounts that really contribute to the return on value. Good green color, sifts and whisks well, makes for a good daily morning matcha latte. Will be repurchasing and interested to try more flavors!

  • To start- I've only tried the canned coffee, I can't speak about Emma's other products that I'm sure are amazing! To my delightful surprise, I found the canned coffees at walmart and immediately bought two. I've never tried anything from this brand before hand, but it's Emma, so, I was excited. I thought if anyone can make a canned coffee good, it has to be her. I bought the vanilla latte and mocha latte. However, I was kinda let down. I appreciate that it wasn't overly sweet, but it didn't wow me. I like La Columbe 's cans better. It had an after taste that I can't quite place, and I didn't finish either can. I'm still excited to try the other products one day (especially the matcha powder) and maybe will edit this review once I do.

  • Love sooo many different brews from Chamberlain Coffee <3 Never too harsh or bitter, and always has just the right amount of rounded out flavours! Love the packaging as well - so cute to keep out on the coffee bar/counter, or to give as a gift to someone! Also they have super cute accessories to market and promote their shop, which is a great idea!

  • I saw Chamberlain Coffee on ThingTesting and went to TikTok to watch reviews to see what flavors people liked because I felt decision fatigue trying to make so many choice. I got the coffee bags (Social Dog), grounds (Fluffy Lamb), chai mix, matcha (Vanilla) and a chocolate coffee bar. I loved the coffee bags soo much! I have to go into my office 2x a week and love that I can throw a bag in my purse and make it for my afternoon pick me up without spending $6 for a cup. I didn't love the flavor (I like vanilla and creamy things) and will try something different for my next order. I love the grounds because they work perfectly with a french press (aka not to fine) and the flavor I got was better suited for me! I loved the matcha and chocolate bar and have NO NOTES TO GIVE! Super excited to try the chai, but I've felt a little too lazy to make the chai and add it to coffee the way I saw a few recs on Tiktok. I was apprehensive because celebrity brands are usually a mess but this is a white label product (Emma Chamberlain has partnered with a coffee company and put her branding on it). That said, I actually was pleasantly surprised! And the price point is on par to any other company for a bag of ground coffee. Not to mention, I ordered on a Friday morning and it was delivered by Saturday night!

This isn't the most caffeinated coffee in my opinion. It's great for getting me through the work day, but it's not what I would get if you're looking to be overly caffeinated (like when I pulled all-nighters in college!). Get the coffee bar for a fun treat!

  • I ordered the instant variety pack. I love the packaging and thought it would be really convenient to try out the blends before settling on one.

    Feedback

The coffee is honestly just average. I am a little upset I didn't get chocolates in my package like everyone said.

  • I bought the cold brew package and I'm loving the flavor! It's really easy to make and gives me around 7-8 glasses of cold brew. I just add ice and some oat milk, and it becomes a yummy coffee that I can enjoy every day. It only cost $19.98 for four cold brew sachets, which is a great deal and saves me a lot on coffee!

  • I got the single serve package coffee bags and they were really yummy! Would recommend seeping for longer than listed on the box though, as my first couple attempts were not strong. Update: Added another star because I tried the sleepy sloth decaf and OH MY GOSH it’s so perfect. A great decaf for people who appreciate coffee for its flavors, not the caffeine :)

  • I wasn't familiar with Emma's work, so when TikTok picked up this brand, I was a bit scared. I was afraid that I would receive mediocre, poor quality coffee. However, after doing some research, I discovered how much Emma loves coffee and good quality, real coffee, without sugar or additives. SOLD. I visited their website and ordered the coffee that I liked the most. While there were many options to choose from, this is not necessarily a problem, as Emma's target audience is quite diverse, so there is something for everyone. Overall, the product is high quality, from the packaging to the contents. The coffee was excellent and delivered the taste just as it was described on the website. They even included the date of roasting on the packaging - which as we know is not the same as the packaging date on other brands.

  • i’ve tried a variety of products from cold brew bags to ground coffee to matcha and to even their accessories! I absolutely love everything i’ve tried, the quality is amazing & the flavours are great! The packaging is a bonus, it’s so fun & different to any other coffee brand i’ve ever seen. The products are very easy to use & quite versatile.

My only feedback would be for better canadian shipping, the shipping fees add up & on top the duties charged on the delivery are no fun. If there was any way to eliminate or reduce these fees that would make the shopping experience just that much better.

  • Love their coffee and their branding. The customer service is also great. You can see how responsive they are on social and they took great care of me with my order. 10/10 recommend.

  • I love how the coffee is not too sweet but not too bitter. It's just the right amount of coffee and flavor.

    Invested in Chamberlain Coffee
  • Chamberlain Coffee is my absolute favourite, my everyday coffee my everything!

  • A little overpriced, overhyped, and underwhelming but better that a lot of other chains.

  • I've tried all of their matchas (except for the mango-flavored one) and I love all of them so much! They're super tasty and their packaging is so cute. I'm obsessed with the lavender-flavored matcha - it's one of my favorite drinks on this planet.

  • Used the over night cold brew steepers and really liked them. Used them when traveling and they were perfect and tasted good. Just steeped them in a cup of water over night and they were ready to use the next morning.

  • i really enjoy the matcha. it's a solid go-to with good flavor and a good price. i'd rebuy it from them for sure. i don't recommend the metal straws; the color coating has started chipping around the edges but i will say they've accidentally been put through the dishwasher a few times. i would rather just get metal or glass straws without a coating to worry about. i really want to try the chai powder, based off the matcha i feel like their flavors will be on point.

  • The cans of the oat milk latte were adorable, which first caught my eye. The salted caramel has a squirrel on it, and the cinnamon bun has a raccoon holding a cinnamon roll. The second thing that caught my eye was the oat milk latte part. Being lactose intolerant, finding new dairy free drinks and foods feels like a scavenger hunt, especially in the area I live. Unfortunately the design of the can and being made with oat milk is where the pros stop. The flavor of these coffees were gross. A real letdown. I had to go brush my teeth after drinking them to get rid of the taste.
