I first bought this humidifier when I moved into a two bedroom an wanted one for the extra room. I loved it so much I ended up buying a second to replace one I already had (different brand). It’s so easy to use and easy to clean. While I do hate having to buy the filters, they work well and I find that the whole system gets less gross vs. humidifiers I’ve tried that didn’t use a filter. And I get them from Sephora to get the extra points :-) The aromatherapy option is really nice. Having a humidifier has been great for my skin and overall health, and this is by far the best I’ve tried. I also love that it’s not ugly.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been a customer of canopy for over 3 years. I have 3 humidifiers w/subscription and just placed another large order of filtered shower components with an additional subscription. This new order arrived and an item was not included (though paid for). I took a picture of the box with the items it contained and sent that with my initial outreach to canopy the day it arrived. I am now getting the a epitome of the run around from the company with very little communication and zero resolution so they have essentially stolen money from me at this point. So now a long-standing customer has to deal with this. There are, I’m sure, other options with far superior accountability and customer service. Go elsewhere.
I've only been using the Canopy Humidifier for a week, but I'm already really impressed. The design is gorgeous, it looks so sleek and fits really well on my nightstand. It took me a minute to figure out how to add water at first and I ended up spilling a little, but once I got the hang of it, it's really intuitive & easy to use.
The light feature is really nice! I've been keeping the dim red light on while I sleep and it creates such a nice, calming atmosphere. I also really love the gentle white noise. I wish the the scent aroma stone was a little stronger, but it's not a dealbreaker. I'm looking forward to using it throughout the winter to protect my skin as it gets drier. So far, it's been a very calming addition to my bedroom setup. 😴
Absolutely love our Canopy humidifer! We have it in out baby daughter’s nursery and it’s so easy to use and replace the filters. Also love the red nightlight feature, super handy for late night diaper changes!
I am very pleased with this product. The large parts are all dishwasher safe and the set up and usage is very simple. I keep in my plant room (office) since I live in the PNW and don’t find a need it near my bed.
I got the shower head+filter bundle.
The shower head +filter were packaged really nicely, everything in its spot, everything included, nothing busted in transit.
It was so easy to install and the water pressure is really good! It looks nice and sleek also.
I do think that my scalp has been happier since using this but I'm going to have to use it longer to test further. My eyes don't burn from the stuff in the water anymore though!

So after getting the showerhead filter I got the chance to test the bedside humidifier!
The packaging was very precise and everything was safely packed so nothing was broken. There were clear setups instructions (not that it was difficult, but still nice and clear). The humidifier is very light weight which makes one worry about the materials standing up over time. So far everything seems good though, it's just light.
I think the settings are good, I didn't see instructions on what each setting means though that could have been my mistake.
I haven't found a negative side to this humidifier aside from my toddlers take the clay stone so I can't use the scent feature much.
I like that the filter easily shows when it needs changed.
In addition to the last review, I have purchased refill filters numerous times for my filter showerhead and I feel like they really help! I do think that I need to change filters more often than my subscription is set for so I'll likely change that. I love that the subscription is easy to modify!
Customer support has been fantastic whenever I have needed them.
I am excited because with the most recent Canopy drop on thingtesting I have ordered the Canopy bath filter which I'm thrilled for for my toddlers who regularly take baths. They often get irritated skin from hard water and so I think the bathtub filter will help a lot!
Living in the the Pacific Northwest means running the heat in the winter and dealing with dry skin and sinuses. A lot of humidifiers can be hard to clean but this one is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. You can set up filters on auto ship so you don't have to remember when to switch them. Overall a good purchase.
Love this concept. It really does help with my dry skin. I like the more sleek look than traditional humidifiers I have used in the past. I consider it a must have for winter weather, especially during the cold & flu season.
‘Be had this humidifier for the past 2 years or so. I must say, it’s worth the hype. It’s quiet and gently hydrating (comfortable vs humid). Aroma therapy is nice added bonus but not something I’m totally into.
